Spencer Rudloff at Planet Honda

From the moment I walked in the dealership service was excellent, everything from going over every feature of the car to make the whole process easy, spencer and his manager mark had the best product knowledge I have seen. I've been shopping for a 2012 civic for 11 months I have been to almost every dealer in the tri state and like everyone else you have a stereotype of dealers, here they are different they are customer driven and all about satisfaction with no pressure ,they beat the best price I had significantly and I left there happy. These guys are number 1 and now I know why !

My husband, son and I went to Planet Honda with the intention of leasing a new vehicle or purchasing a certified used Honda. However, we wound up purchasing a 2012 Honda Odyssey, mostly because of the exceptional service we received from Spencer and Mark. From the minute we walked through the door, we felt as if we had known the staff personally for years. Everyone was friendly and greeted us warmly. Spencer took the times to listen to our wants and needs and offered valuable insight as to what he thought would be best for our family (which is was 100% correct on). When Mark stepped in to review the financing, he and Spencer worked with us to ensure we were getting the best value for our money and found the vehicle that best suited our needs. We got an exceptional value with our new mini van and are so very grateful that Spencer and Mark took so much time with us.

To be honest, I loathe buying cars. Prior to our experience at Planet Honda, I did not have one single positive car buying experience (and this is my fifth car). That all changed with Spencer. I never felt that he was trying to be dishonest or push us into something we did not feel comfortable with. He was kind, professional, and honest....rare qualities to find in anyone in this day and age. Spencer is very good at what he does and should be commended for his pleasant demeanor and for being so approachable. I have already recommended Spencer to some friends and we were only there two days ago! I love our Honda, and will be sure to be a repeat customer at Planet Honda!

I must also add that Amanda, the very sweet woman who served beverages to us, was just delightful to meet. She checked in on us several times to offer us beverages and snacks. She also asked if I needed anything for our baby, which I greatly appreciated.

The dealership is kept in top notch condition. The restrooms were clean and there was a space to change my son's diaper as well. It seems as if that Planet Honda has thought of everything to ensure a positive car buying experience. Kudos to all on a job very well done!

I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity while shopping for a new car recently at Planet Honda. Spencer is knowledgeable, and extremely patient and answered all of my questions honestly which I found to be extremely refreshing. This was my first purchase with your dealership, Planet Honda. I dealt with a very nice and experienced salesperson, Spencer Rudloff. He helped me out tremendously and he made teh whole process from beginning to end easy and bearable! I was extremely happy with my purchase.

My experience at Planet Honda was made very pleasant by the knowledgeable and caring staff. Everyone was very friendly and I felt no pressure while deciding on a car.
