Stefano Rinaldi at Criswell Acura

After some research on SUV's, we visited Criswell Acura in Annapolis to look at the RDX. Working with Stefano Rinaldi our Sales Consultant and Lamont Randall the Sales Manager was a great and pleasant experience. Our first meeting was with Stefano who was very knowledgeable and personable to work with. Being an informed but "picky" consumer, they made the experience very smooth and enjoyable. After a few calls with Lamont and Stefano, we came to terms and they had the car ready - even the extras we had put in that evening when we arrived. The paperwork was handled efficiently and Dawn had everything ready for us to sign. Stefano synced our phones and showed us tips on setting up a lot of the options. I would highly recommend this dealership. Who knows when the 14 MDX comes out - might have to take another look.

Our first introduction to this dealership and Stefano was in Spring 2012. We were interested in purchasing a luxury SUV in 2012 and shopped around and studied the Acura, Lexus, Honda and Toyota SUV's throughout the year. After reading, test driving, studying and researching, we decided the Acura RDX met our needs and working with Stefano and Lamont was wonderful. They did not give us a hard time and accommodated us and met out negotiating goals. It was an awesome experience and I would recommend working with this dealership anytime. They are fair and made us feel like they were genuinely looking out for our interest.

Stefano was very helpful and accommodating. When a club membership (USAA/AAA) was pointed out, Stefano quickly sought to make sure our quoted price reflected these discounts. Very professional. Also, we let him know up front we did not want all the bells, whistles, add-on's, service contracts, etc., and unlike other dealerships he honored that request. This is one reason why we do not do business at those dealerships. Overall, very satisfied with the visit and sale.

My recent purchase of a 2013 RDX was very positive. I found my salesperson Stefano to be knowledgeable and straightforward during the process. This is my second purchase from Criswell and I would not hesitate to get my next vehicle from this dealer.

Excellent service from Stefano and his help in the purchase of my new RDX was great. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Criswell and the second time we have use Stefano as our salesman. Cannot tell you how well the whole purchase went and I was in and out in 2 hours total. (that included my test drive)

Criswell Acura has exceeded my expectations for over a decade. I purchased a new Acura TSX at Criswell Acura today. Stefano Rinaldi, Lamont Randall, Mike Mohr, and David Grasmick were very friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating,and provided excellent customer service. I appreciate their time and assistance during the purchasing of my TSX today and would recommend them to friends and family.

John Rokos has provided excellent customer service over the years, when I have brought my cars to Criswell Acura for servicing. I will continue to have John assist me, when I bring my new TSX for maintenance services at Criswell Acura.

Stefano is very knowledgable, professional, courteous and friendly. He truly puts customer satisfaction and needs at the top! We have dealt with Stefano on multiple occasions when buying both new and preowned Acuras from Criswell and each time he strives to go the extra mile. Our latest purchase was conducted in a very efficient manner with superb attention to detail. He along with everyone else at Criswell Acura treat you like royalty when you return for service, etc. Long after the sale is completed, Stefano is willing to accommodate whatever you need to keep you coming back as a happy and satisfied customer! I have been a customer here for over 8 years and 5 car purchases for various family members and have never had anything short of a superb experience!
