My overall experience at this dealership was excellent. The people I worked with were attentive and gave me time to make informed decisions throughout the process. I felt that I was given a fair price for the car and knowing that they would come to my house, drop off a loaner, bring the car in to be serviced and then return it to me was by far a deal maker. Let's face it - when buying a car what really makes the purchase experience a good one is who you deal with and Mercedes of Smithtown did just that!
