Then there was the usual walk-through of the difficult technology that comes with a new car. This was time-consuming but the dealership was patient and answered all my questions. Stephanie Hafez was our agent who walked us through the many options, took us on a test drive, then made the final closing as comfortable as possible while waiting for the paperwork to be prepared. She also took the time to educate us IN the car on its operational features and did all of this with a smile on her face and a "can do" attitude! The sales manager on duty our first night walking in the door, Phil, also took time to discuss financing options and finally, Terrance Caldwell was a pure pleasure to work with on the final paperwork despite some systems challenges. The overall experience was great and we highly recommend trying the Wilde Subaru experience! More
