My Review Of RBM of Atlanta:

I recently earned a Mercedes from my company and visited 2 dealerships in the Atlanta market to make a decision on what car I was going to lease. RBM contacted me the day after my first visit to follow up, never heard from the other dealership and thus they lost my business. My salesperson, Stephen Cavanaugh, was the best. He was patient and didn't rush me to make a decision, it wasn't about closing me but rather about building a relationship. He focused on giving me the information I needed and the time to make a decision. Mr. Cavanaugh followed up with me as my the lease on my previous vehicle was about to end and invited me to come in and drive one of the new 2013 models that had just arrived. Stephen even went the extra mile to personally deliver my vehicle to a meeting for my company the next day so all my colleagues could celebrate with me! He helped me find the exact vehicle I needed, got the paperwork done in a timely fashion and even gave me a snack out of his personal supply when I got hungry! This is my third Mercedes and Stephen was by far the best salesperson I have worked with!

My experience with RBM of Atlanta was Awesome!!! Stephen Cavanaugh was one of the best salemen I have ever had. He seemed to be very knowlegable and concerned about his customers. My very first contact with him was via e-mail. He was very polite and patient as I asked questions concerning the vehicle I found online. Not only was Stephen a good saleperson he also gave good directions. I traveled from Columbus, GA to the dealership in Atlanta with no problems. I would recommend this dealership and Steve to anyone.

My Review Of RBM of Atlanta:

During my first days of researching my next purchase, the actual time of sale, and now following the completion of my deal; Stephen was an absolute joy to work with. Stephen took the time to understand and address all questions and/or concerns brought about by our conversations. Additionally, he actually brought corporate fleet incentives to my attention, driving down my end price. A very likeable, professional, knowledgeable salesman; Stephen alone receives 5+ stars! My 2013 Mercedes Benz is pretty amazing as well!!!! I will ABSOLUTELY send additional business to Stephen and RBM of Atlanta.

This was by far an impressive visit. Stephen Cavanaugh was very personable, dependable and a pleasure to work with. He worked very hard to meet our needs financially and gave us what we wanted on our trade-in, which led to our purchase of a new car. We had shopped prior to visiting RBM of Atlanta with several different dealers and did not get the honesty or respect shown here.

I went into RBM with the intention to just "shop around" a bit before making a purchase decision. The experinece exceeded my expectation for buying a used vehicle -- Steve Cavannaugh was professionl, very helpful and went out of his way to meet my needs. He was influential in terms of helping me reach a decison. Overall, I was treated fairly - like a valued customer - and had a very good experience.

My Review Of RBM of Atlanta:

Great experience working with Steve Cavanaugh. I walked into the dealership for the first time with a clear expectation of what I wanted and he asked me enough questions to really understand what I wanted. He then went out of his way to find the vehicle with exactly the features I wanted, but at the exact price I wanted. I had bought a Mercedes from another dealer several years ago and that experience paled by comparison with this one. I highly recommend Steve and RBM.
Could not be more pleased with the experience with Steve, RBM and I love my new GLK.

Top notch salesman. I had several opportunities to buy in the area but couldn't get where I needed to be. Steve took the time to actually LISTEN to what I wanted and how I used a vehicle in my personal and business life. Armed with this knowlede, Steve devised a program that none of the other MB dealers in Atlanta had thought of. Wow, how refreshing. Professional sale people take note. Listen to your client. Think more of your client's needs than yours, and the sale will take care of itself. Would I recomend Steve to my family and friends, you bet!

My Review Of RBM of Atlanta:

Stephen was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was able to get me the best deal on a very rare E63 wagon. The car was absolutely as described by him. He followed through with everything I had requested with a smile on his face. I traveled 250 miles from Nashville, TN to buy this car from RBM. I was not let down. The paperwork phase went quickly and smoothly and I was back on the road home in no time.

I would recommend Stephen and RBM without hesitation.

My Review Of RBM of Atlanta:

Recently I purchased a new E320 from Steve Cavanaugh of RBM of Atlanta, most likely the best car dealership in Atlanta. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I spoke with Steve about the E350 that I wanted as my 1997 E320, although working fine, was ready to retire. My first thought was to buy a previously owned vehicle or lease a brand new one. Steve had emailed me the numbers that included the sales price and the cost of ownership, etc. It turned out that I ended up buying a new car. Steve's sales abilities were customer focused and his friendly attitude closed the sale. He was efficient, organized and thorough, taking more time to answer all questions about the car and making sure that I left with complete knowledge of the car's safety features. He was kind enough to pair my iPhone with the car's Bluetooth system. In summary, a First Class experience.

My Review Of RBM of Atlanta:

I am a repeat Mercedes Benz owner and was quite partial to another local dealership until I visited RBM and met Stephen Cavanaugh. Stephen was knowledgeable, professional and committed to ensuring that I received the best deal possible based on my requests. I have purchased several vehicles in the past, however, I have never experienced such a customer centric attitude from a car sales person in a very long time, as I walked away feeling that customer satisfaction was the priority vs. moving a unit.

Keep up the great work Stephen and job well done!
