Steve was prompt on the phone, attentive in person, quick to answer all my questions, easy to strike a bargain, and thorough in going over all of the details (both before and after purchase). Honda of Tenafly had the car I wanted, gave me the price I expected, had the accessories in stock, and the paperwork was (relatively) painless. I hope that everyone has as easy a time as I had.

I worked with Stephen Steele on this New Auto Purchase. It was the most professional and efficient process of obtaining a new vehicle I have ever experienced. Stephen was informative and available to answer whatever questions or issues I had. There was no pressure whatsoever in this purchase and that was important. I have been through some hard times lately and Stephen was sympathetic to my situation and he understood what I was looking for and needed. This dealership is lucky to have a car salesman like this. The overall dealership was professional, clean and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to buy from Honda Tenafly.

I had an incredibly pleasurable and smooth experience at the Tenafly Honda Dealer. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful, especially Mr. Herbie Rosario. He went above and beyond the norm to accommodate me, walking me through every little detail and feature of my new Honda CRV. I was initially intimidated by both the navigation and blue tooth systems. Mr. Rosario explained everything to me so clearly that I was able to use my navigation system instantly. I loved how he encouraged questions and did not rush me at all. I left the dealeship completely comfortable in my new car.

This is by far the best customer experience I have ever had!!!! Thank you Herbie. Both you and your staff provided me with a great and hassle free experience. Herbie you are exceptional!!!!

My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
Walked in the dealership with my daughter who was looking for a car. Greeted almost immediately by Steve who was extremely friendly and patient while we asked him a million or so questions about Hondas. (We had previously bought Toyota, VW, and Nissan but never a Honda.) We asked Steve to convince us why we should buy the Honda over the VW we had recently seen. He was able to provide us with sound and logical reasons. Steve remembered that I mentioned that I intended to check what Consumer Reports had to say about specific Hondas. Without asking, he took it upon himself to do the CR research and call me with the results. He even offered to keep the magazines at his desk and available for me to look at them. He wanted me to feel certain that he was not fabricating any of the information.

Steve proved to be honest and forthright and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He did not pressure me into any financing arrangements that I did want nor did he waste my time with any tacky sales tactics. My daughter and I actually had fun and some good laughs while buying this car from Steve.

Professional, clean dealership with knowledgeable staff and offering great deals. The home town advantage wins once again over the highway stores. My family and young kids were welcomed as they climbed in and out of the cars. The excitement of the whole experience from test driving, filing out the paperwork and being offered a competitive Honda financing option made for a pleasant car buying experience. Our salesman Steven Steele came thru and offered us a real deal without hassles and no pressure. Receptionist Pam Walsh and the finance department were cheerful, friendly and helpful as well. It was a pleasure to come back to D & C Honda of Tenafly. They delivered as promised.

My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
With our lease ending on our Toyota fast approaching, my husband and I decided to shop around and both agreed to wanting to see a Honda CRV. Stephen Steele was our salesman and he was really great to work with! There was ZERO pressure and no game play involved. Stephen was upbeat, friendly and very positive through out the day.
He provided useful information about the car and gave a hands on demonstration concerning the inner workings of the vehicle, making sure we were both comfortable with it.
Stephen was able to give us a great deal and we were able to get the exact car I wanted the same day.
I would recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a hassle free, pleasant car buying experience!
