My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
This has been the best experience we have had in a dealership. We have purchased 10 vehicles over a period of 20 years and have only been to dealerships 4 of those times (includes this last time) because we have had poor experiences each time. This time, Steve who was our sales consultant made us feel very comfortable, did not pressure us and most of all did not bring in multiple people to try and get us to 'up' our offer. We explained our budget, and Steve worked with us directly. He was able to help us get into a car of our choice at a price that was just a little above our budget. We definitely recommend Audi of North Scottsdale. They also provided us with a full tank of gas!

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
I have purchased 4 new cars from this dealership over the last 7 years. I have worked with Jason Brown the entire time I have been an Audi client, and I can say without a doubt that he always has the customers best interests at heart. He is an honest representation of what this dealership is about. Service visits are pleasant from the moment you sit with him until the moment the car is ready to go -- and he always greets you with a warm smile. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Baca as my sales agent (3 times now) and Tara Price for financing. They both take time to listen to your concerns. Tara streamlined the financing process and made it quick and enjoyable. There have been times at other dealerships that when you get into finance, the upsell kills the entire "joy and thrill" of buying a new car. Tara will not "RUIN" your new car buying experience. I have had the pleasure of knowing the entire staff over my time at Audi, from Mark all the way to the valet. They are partly the reason that I just purchased another car from them 3 weeks ago --- my favorite of all that I have owned. Car dealerships are never perfect, but Audi North Scottsdale is as close as you will find.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
What I love about Audi North Scottsdale is the respect with which I am treated and the attitude that I'm part of the Audi family regardless of how much money I spent on a car.

From my first visit when Steve Baca and Gary Stone helped me get out of a bad lease and into a used A4, to my continued interaction with my awesome service agent Jason Brown (with those fab dreadlocks), I've been treated like a valued customer. I'm a firm believer that grace, manners and a good attitude far out weigh money as the reason to treated well. And Audi treats me like I paid cash for an R8!

"Truth in Engineering" and integrity to boot....who could ask for more!

This dealership is the best. I have been with them for 10 years because of Steve Baca in Sales, he is professional, friendly and knows his customers. Jason Brown in Service is also professional, friendly and knows his customers. Everyone is always willing to help/assist, are friendly and polite. Real customer service at all times. I drive over 30 miles one way to this dealer because of their great work.

My sales representative, Steve Baca, was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process of the deal. I never felt rushed, and Steve was able to answer all the questions I had without any problem. He made buying a car a truly fun experience. From his knowledge of everything Audi, to his passion for the cars themselves, it all really translates into a great customer experience. I had the greatest experience working with Steve he knows exactly what a customer is looking for and taylors to the way they like to do business. I feel very relaxed around Steve and know I can trust him in getting the deal done. When I called him inquiring about a new purchase and advised him on what my expectations were he worked hard to make sure they were met before I even stepped foot in the dealership the sale was seamless and I am extremely happy with my new purchase. I highly recommend working with Steve Baca of Audi North Scottsdale. If you have any questions or want to get into a new car without the usual dealership hassle Steve is your man!
