Steve Brown at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall

I hate buying new cars and the hassle that goes with it. I purchased a new Kia Optima last night from Steve Brown at Wyler Eastgate Kia. I have to say I am very happy with the pricing I got as well as the hassle free approach. I would highly recommend Steve Brown to anyone looking for a new car. You can tell he is sincerely interested in good customer service. I also drove an hour to buy a car at Wyler Eastgate Kia when I had several other dealerships closer. Thanks Steve!

We emailed several dealers for price quotes in Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. All of our price quotes were about the same. However the customer service was great from Larry and Steve.
Larry emailed promptly and answered all of my questions. We were looking for a particular color/trim combo. Larry let me know that they did not have it but he would be sure to find me one. He called me later to say they had one coming in a few days. We continued to shop other dealers. Larry then called back he sounded like a kid on Christmas morning. The truck arrived early and our car was on it. He may have been more excited than us. Larry just really seems to like his job. This is the 4th car we have purchased from 4 different dealers and by far the best experience. Some dealers it feels like it is a battle car buyer vs. car dealership. This was not our experience at all. We went on a Saturday afternoon ( crazy busy). As soon as we entered the showroom we were meet with a smile and told someone would be right with us. Everyone was busy, everyone was already helping someone already. They were not too busy for good customer service. Steve helped us right away. I am NOT an impulse buyer we shopped for 18 months @ just as many dealers and I will not go anywhere else. If you are within a 2 hour drive of this dealership contact them they will not disappoint you.

Dealt with several dealerships during the process of selecting a new vehicle. Had an excellent experience with Jeff Wyler/Eastgate back in 2000. Returned, obviously. Found Steve, Les and the rest to be extremely informative, engaging and flexible. Didn't feel pressured for a second. We'll certainly return in the future.

Steve and Bruce were both professional and responsive to our need. We just purchased our vehicle and my husband is working with Steve and Bruce again just 3 days after our purchase, to search for a truck or SUV.

I had driven a Pilot, Lincoln, Range Rover Evoque---but the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder was the best value by far with many of the same features for much less money ---Better mileage and the ride was awesome. my salesman Travis Miracle was helpful and very personable. Wyler is lucky to have him. Nothing phoney about him. Faiz Tueimeh explained the working of the car in depth. Very helpful and gave a thorough tour of the facility. Jerry in financing was also pleasant to work with...Overall all round awesome experience! A++++ Highly recommend these personnel and this dealership.

When I first started looking at 2013 Kia Souls over the internet, Steve Brown promptly e-mailed me and the next step was a personal telephone call asking what specifics I was looking for. Two days later Steve came in on his day off to help me find the Kia Soul that would best fit my needs. He was friendly, courteous, and never got tired of running back and forth as we tried to get the price down! Needless to say, that day I drove off the lot in my brand new 2013 Kia Soul and would recommend anyone to go to Steve Brown for the best in Kia deals. He knows what he's talking about and doesn't give you a lot of bull, just the bare facts! That was greatly appreciated. He's the #1 Kia Sales Person in my opinion!!!

I was greeted promptly upon entering the Kia dealership. I was taken to a salesperson who listened to me explain what model I was interested in. I was taken for a test drive and was impressed with the salesperson's knowledge/experience with this model. The business transaction took less time than I expected --definitely a plus. The dealership had prepared in advance for delivery process. Again, introduction to the vehicle as well as dealership's services were presented in an efficient manner.

great customer service, The Wyler team is very atune to customer satisfaction and make you feel at ease and not intimadated. I will be a returning customer when the time comes to replace the old truckster for a new one. Keep up the good work.

My wife, daughter and I were greeted with a smile as soon as we arrived on the lot.
We actually didn't think we couild help our daughter buy a new car because of her credit struggles and the amount of payment she could afford. After pricing a few vehicles were were positive she was not going to be able to purchase a new vehicle but Steve , Rich and the sales manager really worked with us and they did it. They really came through for us. Thanks to the folks at Jeff Wyler Eastgate my daughter is driving a new Kia.
