My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
We had visited another Infinity dealership before visiting Infinity of Denver. When we met Steven, he was friendly, low pressure and very informative and educational. He made learning about the cars fun. We drove several cars and left. In doing our due diligence, we found Steven and the dealership to be very willing to work with us to get a deal done. Oh, and they had the best price, too! What we found the most refreshing was how well we were handled AFTER the sale. There were several things we needed help with, including programming our door opener and buffing out some scratches made be an unnamed carwash (we only had 600 miles on the care when it was scratched on its first carwash!!!). Steven and the Infinity of Denver team have taken exceptional care of us, and we are very happy with our decision. I highly recommend Steven, and the dealership, and will buy from them again.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
After about a year of internet shopping and driving several different vehicles, I was welcomed to Infiniti of Denver with a pleasant "hello" from Stephen. He asked all the right questions to see what I was looking for and what and I wanted. After locating the vehicle I wanted, he not only offered a test drive, but took the time to tell/show me the ins and outs of the car. It wasn't your typical test drive either. Stephen took the time to show me all the components of the car whether it was safety features, powertrain, technology enhancements, etc. After the test drive, Stephen took the time to see what my best option was. We went through all the details of buying vs leasing a new vehicle. I was really aprehensive about going to dealerships and dealing with the typical sales person. From the moment I walked on the lot, I felt in like I was in good hands. I felt as though I was walking through the lot with a friend who only had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Infiniti of Denver to anyone in the market for a great car and great service!

The dealership is very friendly - everyone says hello, and smiles. My price quote was ready when I got to the dealership, and was a pleasant surprise - no haggle, just a great offer. Stephen was professional, courteous, and cognizant of my time. Jon explained the financing quickly and quite efficiently, and made it very understandable. Overall, this was truly one the best, if no the best dealer experiences I've had.

I don't buy cars very often one of the reasons is I don't like dealing with overbearing car salesmen who don't listen to what you want and try to force you to buy anything just to make a sale. Well Steve Cleckley at Infiniti of Denver had changed my mind. This past week I stopped at the dealership he works expecting the worst. To my surprise it turned out to be a great experience thanks to Steve. I will recommend any of my friends looking for an auto to stop in and talk with Steve.

Both Tony and Steve did a an excellent job in helping us purchase our pre-owned Infinity. Outstanding product knowledge, appropriate attention to our needs (not high pressure sales but readily available to answer questions), honest and straightworward bargining on our trade-in helped us feel comfortable in making the decision to buy. Not to mention finding exactly what we wanted.
