About half the sales at Flemington BMW are for pre-owned cars, says Steve. In this market, dealerships often become “virtual showrooms” as people shop for specific autos over the Internet before coming in—often from out of state— to inspect their dream cars in person.
The key to making a sale, says Steve, is to have a great inventory and be priced well. “Price is very important,” he says. “If you’re not priced aggressively, people aren’t going to come.” The majority of pre-owned cars at Flemington BMW are former lease vehicles that are in really good shape, he notes.
“Transparency is key in this market. Consumers are armed with a lot of knowledge,” says Steve. He has software that shows people how the dealership ranks in price compared to similar cars for sale. “Consumers see that and feel comfortable once they’re here,” he says.
Depending on the condition of the car, options, mileage and other factors, the best value isn’t always the lowest price car,

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I spent 6 hours in the Dealer's Show Room in December 2011 looking over the possibilities for purchasing a new BMW for my wife Denise for Christmas. Cindy Hughes (who was working with our Salesman Bill Hinton) and I decided that a certain red BMW with a Red Bow was the one. The car was taken off the show room floor and I was allowed to drive it around the vicinity. This was going to be a surprise for Denise. Cindy, Bill and I had a "plan" to surprise Denise on Christmas Eve with the delivery of this car to our home. It sounded like a great plan and one that would 'impress' Denise. HOWEVER, after thinking about what would happen if I chose the wrong car, buying it and having it delivered I reluctantly decided to call Denise and ask her to meet me at the Dealeer that day. She reluctantly broke off her Christmas Shopping to come to the Dealer arriving around 4 PM. We told her nothing as to which car we had painstakenly picked for her. She strolled through the Showroom without even so much as looking at the beautiful Red one, went to THE MOST EXPENSIVE 750LIx and that is the one she chose. So BMW was able to increase their sales by $30,000 that day just on our purchase.....as a follow up I want to express my special thanks to the General Manager Byron Brisby, Jr for his personal involvement in helping us with what turned out to be a relatively minor problem with the 2012 750LIx that we bought. We were headed to Florida and had what we thought was an overheating problem. Byron offered to bring a car to Allentown, PA (1.2 hours) for us to use while our car was repaired. Bill Hinton our Salesman has been very helpful as indicated by the fact that we have now purchased two new 750LI vehicles from him. For this he received a gift especially crafted by Denise from us! My Review of Flemington BMW:
This is the second BMW I purchased so have used both the sales and service end. Personnel in both areas are extraordinary with their knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. The dealership is always extremely neat and clean from the garage to the showroom to the bathrooms. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
My wife and I purchased our first car together at Flemington BMW and I don't know if I will ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else. The service was great across the board. Bill Hinton, our Client Advisor, was extremely helpful in making sure we left with the perfect car for our needs. We purchased a pre-owned 328xi, fully loaded, and the car we purchased was not the car we were originally interested in buying. He made sure that both I and my wife were absolutely sure we were leaving with the perfect car for us and that means a lot to a newly married couple still learning on the fly. We also had a great experience with Steve, one of the managers, and Howard Fromm, the Finance Manager, who helped us get the best interest rate possible. My wife and I will purchase our next vehicle from Bill Hinton over at Flemington BMW.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
This rating is long overdue. I have been doing business with Flemington BMW since 2002 and have purchased or lease three X5’s and one X3 that my daughter had purchased. The sales team lead by Ed Kiley, Steve D’Argenio, Scott Smith, Tom Terrill and Howard Fromm are great. Flemington BMW has a family oriented atmosphere with very friendly helpful and genuinely nice people. I have dealt with Tom Terrill who is the quintessential sales person that spent the time to go over every detail when we pick up our new X5’s and worked closely with Steve D’Argenio and Ed Kiley to get me the best deals on all my X5’s. When my daughter was looking for a CPO X3, Scott Smith actually took the X3 home for the weekend so my daughter who works on Saturday could test drive the car on Sunday. Scott Smith took care of my daughter’s first buying experience as if she was his daughter. From one Dad to another thank you Scott!
However after the sale, I deal with probably the best Service Advisor who is Bill Wiedmuller. Bill always makes it easy to get my X5 in for maintenance and will even pick up my X5, drop off a loaner and then drop off my X5 after the maintenance is complete perfectly as usual. My BMW always come back to me spotless. Bill Wiedmuller sets the bar for high quality customer service! I appreciate the entire Flemington BMW’s efforts in making the purchasing and servicing a pleasure. Thank you

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I have been a customer of Flemington BMW (located in Flemington, NJ) for a number of years and have found their service to be uniformly excellent. All whom I have dealt with in the service department are well informed, courteous to the utmost and genuinely concerned with a customer's comfort and contentment. The dealership is clean, bright and cheery, making one's visit an outstanding experience that creates the desire to recommend others to them for sales or service. Moreover, the dealership is very ably run by its GM, Byron T, Brisby, Jr. who is both sensitive to a customer's needs and extremely concerned that a customer be satisfied with their experience at the dealership. My contact with the sales staff has always shown them to be knowledgeable, pleasant and genuinely concerned with a customer's happiness, Overall, whether buying a car there or servicing one, I have always been a very happy camper!

Fantastic experience all around! Came to Flemington BMW dealership without knowing exactly what type of BMW I wanted and the extremely helpful staff guided me to an awesome 328xi CPO coupe. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase and everything that Flemington BMW was about to help me with including financing for the vehicle. When I arrived to pick the car up, Ron Dargenio walked me through a tour of the car and its amenities so I was able to leave feeling like I knew how everything worked.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
We had a great experience at the Flemington location. The sales crew is a genuine "team" that work together very well. We were treated like good friends every time we walked in. I have to say, getting to know Scott is a real blast. He is one of the funniest people you'll want to meet. He made us very comfortable while we were taking our time making decisions. The entire staff is very knowledgable and patient. I highly recommend the Flemington location. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Byron and thank you Scott.
