My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
Always able to get appointment quickly, and for the time I request. I am offered shuttle service, loaner car, or to wait. Waiting room is pleasant, has coffee, and even donuts. Nice current magazines available, comfortable chairs, nice TV. Service is prompt, and efficient. This dealership and this service rep go out of their way to Every person with whom we have interacted has provided anything we might need. Steve remembers us, our family situation, and always has a smile. It is a pleasure to come here for service; I feel welcomed, and at home.

My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
I had a Pontiac G6 and I was looking for something with a bit more gas mileage that was sporty as well. I purchased a Malibu LT from Suburban and couldn't be happier.

Ben Pridemore and Brahim worked together to come up with the best price not only for the vehicle but for my trade as well. Suburban was one of the first dealerships that I have dealt with who didn't try to screw the customer when the opportunity arose.

I have also used the service department for a couple of minor warranty issues as well as oil changes and tire rotations. Don Hamilton and Steve Eckstein do a great job in writing up my vehicle quickly plus they make sure I have alternate transportation. Danny Kukan (service manager) is actually visible and always there to help the customer.

My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
I'm not in the habit of writing reviews for any business let alone a car dealership. My husband and kids love Suburban Chevrolet because of the great service they receive all the time. I can go about my daily activities without worrying about my family or their cars breaking down because I know that they are well taken care of by Suburban.
