Moving to the business manager position in 1998, the new car sales manager position in 2002 and now he leads us forward as the General Sales Manager. I actually deliver mail to this dealership and have been keeping an eye on inventory and have let Michael Motley know what car we were looking for. One day as I drove through the lot I noticed the car we eventually purchased and got in contact with Mike and it all went smoothly from that point on. Priced fairly and not a lot of time coming to agreement on a purchase. In short it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Now we are happy owners of a Volkswagon Beetle.

We just bought our second VW from Mike Motley...each time we have had a great experience. Mike is a honest, friendly, and a knowledgable salesperson. We would recommend him for anyone out there looking to purchase a new or used Volkswagen. Not just to speak of Mike, but for everyone at Bud Brown VW...everyone is great to work with.

I absolutely HATE thee very idea of "dealing" with Dealerships. But Bud Brown is the new exception. They worked with me via email in great detail before I even stepped foot in their doors making the final transaction an absolute breeze. Bravo, Bud Brown Team. I'd highly highly recommend.

My Review Of Bud Brown Volkswagen:

From the first interaction I would say the General Sales Manager(Steve) and Sales Executive(Missy) showed great professinalism. This showed in the willingness to work with us on a specific budget and finding the vehicle that fit our needs. More importantly, the follow up through the entire process has been amazing and has continued even after the purchase has been made.

Bud Brown VW has earned a new customer and I will be comfortable to refer all friends and family, as well as continued business from my family.

Thanks for all the work put into the process, as is is much appreciated.

Through the years the dependability of this dealership has been exemplary and I know it will continue in the future. I was wanting to trade two vehicles in on a newer, nicer vehicle. Mike, Roger, and Steve all worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I got a fair price for my trades and a good price on the new car. This is my second purchase from Bud Brown and when it comes time for another new car I'll go back.
