My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
My experience was very positive. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle and felt comfortable dealing with all of the above indicated employees of Steve Lewis Subaru. The environment is ( including the waiting area ) is relaxing and all of the employees are friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed my training session since I was taught how to stream music through my cell phone. I no longer need to pay for satellite radio.

I had gone to Steve Lewis Subaru after hearing good things about the dealership from my co-workers. I was immediately impressed with the sales service from Gus, and his patience and knowledge about Subaru's as I asked many questions about four different models. Throughout the process, I was also impressed with how everyone works as a true TEAM. I cannot say enough about the help I received with the financing process after I made my purchase choice. It got even better when I called a few days later to follow up on questions that I had. Gus was not available, but the TEAM again, was there to support me...thanks again, Steve and Joe!

My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
I bought a new Subaru 16 years ago, and have been VERY pleased with the car. After 16 years it was time to give her a rest! Although I wanted another Subaru, I was doubtful I would be able to buy one that would be within my budget. I planned to look at different makes and models of cars, new and used.

I decided to check out Subaru first, but was not happy with the treatment I had received from my previous dealer (in all aspects...from sales to service). I read some positive reviews about Steve Lewis Subaru and decided to give them a try. I am happy I did!

Jesse Bilodeau was knowledgeable, PATIENT, and worked extremely hard to get me into a new Subaru with the monthly payment I was willing to make. Kerry (I didn't catch his last name) was great as well! Both also had a great sense of humor (which you need if I am your car sales customer!).

In the end I was happy with the deal, as were they. I can only hope the service department is as customer service oriented as the sales department. Nicely done Jesse, Kerry, and Steve Lewis Subaru.

My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
We have been putting off the buying of a new car because of the "headache" of having to deal with car dealers!
We are so very pleased to have found Steve and Justin. Steve was absolutely fantastic via email. He answered all of our questions very promptly and was at our service during the entire weekend. He knew we had done the research, that we were informed about prices and he treated us with great respect and patience. Thank you Steve.
Steve gave us a fair quote, we decided to make the trip to the dealer and drop off our old cars to be appraised. A Thursday night, we met Justin. He welcomed us into the dealership with a great smile and immediately found all the corresponding information from our conversations with Steve. Justin took care of us from this point. He showed us the car and even though it was late, he took us for a road test. He was also very patient and helped us get a good and fair deal for our old cars. Even though his supervisor/business manager was not willing to offer us the minimum we were ready to receive for our old cars, Justin called us back next morning and encouraged us to come back to talk and find a better deal for all. At the end Justin made everything work. The business manager agreed and we were happy. We bought a beautiful Black Obsidian Pearl 2012 Forester, paid a fair price and received a fair trade-in for our old cars.
We are extremely grateful to both, Steve and Justin for making this process a wonderful experience. We would have never imagined that buying a new car could be an enjoyable experience. We will absolutely come back to Subaru for maintenance and to say HI to our friends ... even though we have a great family mechanic, and we'll have to explain that to him.

I had a very pleasant experience from the time I talked on the phone with Steve Gonsalves, through the paperwork with the new manager Kerry (sp.?), the financial work with Myron Callender & the overview of the car with Todd Gerry. Everyone went above and beyond to make the sale of my new Outback pleasant, personable & completely stress free. Not only will I recommend Steve Lewis Subaru to friends and family, but I will never forget the one and only car dealership I enjoyed working with!

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Altima from Steve Lewis Subaru in Hadley, Massachusetts. Nissan only sold Altima Hybrids in eight states. I live in Ohio and dealt with the internet sales manager Steve Gonsalves by email and telephone. Steve was extremely helpful and friendly during the entire process. I had the car inspected by AIM Mobile inspections at the dealership. I had planned to fly to Hartford, then drive the car back home. When I found out all the red tape required to first register the car in Massachusetts, we changed the plan and Steve shopped around for the best, most economical delivery service. The car was delivered to me in Ohio in a few days. It is in great condition, low miles, etc... and thus far, has exceeded my expectations- I love it!

Steve Gonsalves was in contact with me just about every day through the process. There was absolutely no sales pressure- just friendly helpfulness. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car.

The staff were attentive and answered questions fully. The cars for sale were easy to view and had been restored to like new condition. There was a little bit of pressure to commit to buy on my first visit. I appreciated the free CarFax and timely responses to my questions over the telephone. I began with an internet search and the website was user friendly.
