My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
This was our first service for our new Camry Hybrid. I was able to come in without an appointment. Service was fast, courteous, and thorough. And we love our Camry Hybrid - performed great on a recent trip of over 5000 miles. Mileage was great, ride was comfortable, navigation system was a godsend! Performance of the hybrid was much better than I anticipated.

Steve Gonzagowski,Service Department Is a person I put my trust in and he has earned our family's respect through his knowledge and experience in the auto industry. I have worked and supervised personnel in rairoad mechanical departments over 50 years and consider myself a good evaluator. Steve has gone the extra mile for us over the years.

Abby Riesen, Sales Department is the person I dealt with via internet quotes, she got my attention by quick response for a price for a new vehicle. While not the lowest quote I received, she provided the best service for our needs and when we test drove the vehicle she proved to us she knew her products and job well. Above all she has respect and patience with us elderly folks and did a fantastic job selling us our new vehicle

I have been impressed with Jon Lancaster with EVERY visit. No complaints whatsoever! I love the free car wash with each service visit. I've been very impressed with their proactive alerts to issues that need to be addressed. On my most recent visit, I was made aware of an issue that they fixed on the spot - just in time while the needed repair was still under warranty.
