Frank Adams (Sales) went "on beyond" to make my purchase of a white 2013 Dodge Dart smooth, efficient, and timely, without being pushy. [I wanted to have the car fully paid for and in our garage on my deceased father's 97th birthday--Feb 22, 1916.] Frank was patient, thorough, and available for questions on the phone as well as on the lot. He even showed the product to two of my family members. Steve was indispensable in getting insurance for the new car. Reception at the dealership is OVER THE TOP. Your paperwork specialist, I didn't catch her name, gave me a last-minute refund. This is my third vehicle [actually fourth, note PS below*] from your outfit---a new white Dodge Caravan in 1988, a used 2007 ivory Jeep Patriot in 2010, and this 2013 white Dodge Dart. You are the probably the first place I will come to if I need yet another car, and I usually do not shop around, hence my reservations about whether you are the "best price" dealer. (I rated you as GOOD, which means just that). In MY book, I do not need to shop around. Thanks for your All-around Excellence. May you continue to succeed.
*PS: I forgot to mention the C-150 P(?) light blue used cargo van I bought from you in the '80s for $3000 and sold for $4000 a year or two later.
