Steve Janicek at Hassel Volvo

I waited until I had an experience with all aspects of Hassel's operation to write this review, and I must say they were always professional, polite, patient and friendly.

Our salesperson (Richard) endured our endless mind-changes and other complicated issues with class, patience, warmth, sincerity, and aplomb. Vincent, the sales manager, while necessarily tough, was a gentleman. He went out of his way to make our "deal" work. Steve (service) was attentive and professional, and Ann Marie (finance) was pleasant, informative and helpful. Any other unnamed employees we dealt with during our rather complicated transaction were all pleasant and attentive, as well. We put this dealership through the ringer, and they passed with flying colours. I would definitely recommend them again, and would certianly purchase from them again.

My salesperson, Cary Bruce, made this a very positive experience right from the beginning. No games, no guile. The price of the car and the incentives combined for an offer I could not refuse. Dealing with finance was a breeze. After I purchased the car, I noticed a couple of things that needed attention. Cary was very encouraging and stood with me. Emails and phone calls were returned promptly. Service manager Steve Janicek stepped up and did his part and the repairs were approved. The word "outstanding" is used a lot at this dealership and in my case it certainly applies. Anyone who has been mistreated at a car dealership will find the experience at Hassel refreshing and restorative.

We purchased a used car from Hassel about a month ago, and the experience was great. We dealt with Rich Dixon during the sales process, and with Steve Janicek shortly after for a minor repair we were promised prior to purchasing. Rich is a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly salesman who took our needs/wants into account and did his best to make it work. After our purchase, there was a back-order on the part we ordered - but both Steve and Rich were constantly in contact keeping me informed on the situation until it was finally resolved. Our experience here was great - professional, courteous, and up-front - and we'll be coming to Hassel for our next purchase for sure.
