My Review of Lexus of Reno:
Steve Jones was the service writer when I bought my Lexus RX350 in for routine maintenance. He introduced my wife and I to Kimberly Platt who we then spent 40 minutes visiting with and getting to know. We told her we were looking for an attractive deal on a Bergundy Wine color 2008 Lexus RX 350 AWD. This was Thursday and she said one was scheduled to be in on Saturday. She called Saturday morning to say the list of expected cars had an error, that the one which had arrived was not what she had thought it would be and that we should not bother to come down. Later on Saturday she called to say that what we did want came in from another supplier and we made arrangements to test drive it on Sunday. That was normally her day off but she came in to accomodate us. We loved the car and made the deal and after certification and safety check, drove it away today, Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Kimberly is delightful in every way. Thoroughly professional but with a fun personality. Very knowledgeable about all the Lexus products and how they differ. She patient and never made us feel rushed. As we were getting ready to leave, she paired both of our iphones to the new car and to the Lexus I had purchased last summer. Truly dedicated to serving the customer to the best of her ability. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her services again.+
