Steve Khan at Honda of New Rochelle

My husband and I just purchased a Honda Accord at this dealership and we were very impressed at the customer service and attention we were given. Ivan Chavez was very courteous to us and very knowledgeable. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase a car as we have felt at other dealership we had visited. We did end up purchasing a car at this dealership. From Ivan Chavez to Steve Khan, the business manager, we were treated with respect. We left feeling good about our purchase. I will definitely recommend this dealership and especially Ivan Chavez to our friends.

Stefano was professional, informed and friendly. He was extremely helpful in working out the price as well as explaining the entire price - step by step. He was energetic and knowledgeable and at the same time comfortable to speak with.

Initially, I met with Graehme on Friday. I explained to him that I would return in the next day or so with my husband. My overall with him was extremely positive as well. He was professional and extremely helpful when I picked up the car, completingly explaining all the features of the car. I returned the following day to drop off some papers and he again extended his courtesy and professionalism.

Overall, my husband were very pleased with all of the staff with whom we interacted and we were very pleased with the efficiency in delivery the service.

Finally, I love the car and would most highly recommend the employees and services of Honda of New Rochelle. Great job all the way around!

Paul was very friendly and personable (as well as funny). He listened to my interests and needs for a car and provided good feedback and suggestions. He returned my phone calls quickly and was able to answer all of my questions. He worked with the other employees and maintenance providers to ensure a great experience for me and was thorough with all paperwork. I highly recommend Paul and Honda of New Rochelle.

I had a very, very good experience. The staff was very helpful, explained everything in detail and met my needs very well. They were expedient in helping me with my situation and getting me a car quickly. I would readily recommend this Honda dealership as well as the people who assisted me - Steve, Rudolph, and Ritesh - that is how impressed I was with my experience.

From LongIsland, We stepped in without the thoughts of buying but we stepped out buying an Accord at a great deal. The dealer took care of all the paper works and there were some confusions in the documents, but were all resolved without any intervention from our end. Overall we are very much satisfied with their service and have even recommended some of our friends to them.

Mike was wonderful! He's calm, takes his time to explain everything and is always willing to go that extra mile to make sure you get the right car and the right price! My co-worker, who brought her vehicle there as well as her brother, suggested for me to go to Honda of New Rochelle. I have no regrets. I'm happy with my car and so is my husband with his. I went into New Rochelle Honda because I wanted to buy a Odyssey, I was worried about price and selection. Nick helped me get the Odyssey I wanted at the price I wanted. He didnt try like other car dealers to show me something I didnt want or couldnt afford. He was very friendly and his knowledge of the Odyssey was great, I previously owned a 2002 Odyssey and he showed me all the great improvements made on the 2008 model. Steve K. From financing was able to get me approved quickly so I could drive out my vehicle. The selections of vehicles at this dealer was great I walked away knowing the that I will probably be back on my next purchase.

My husband and I went to NR Honda - lookinf for a used car that was good for commuting. We had our minds set on what's wanted and they happened to have just the right vehicle. Not only was it the right vehicle, but very clean and well maintained and in my mind worth being a certified used vehicle. This shows me how well Honda of NR cares about ensuring vehicles are of the best quality.

Rish and Steve were fabulous to work with even when negotiating the price - and we know that's always tough! they understood what we needed, where we needed to be financially and didn't play games.

We feel we got a great car! Great deal and so happy to have worked with them!!!

I'm a straight shooting, no nonsense customer. I know what I want and what I'm willing to pay. I respect the guys at Honda of New Rochelle for working with me and providing the right experience. I went in last Friday, spent a little time with the team, and took delivery today.

Additionally, I've serviced my car here in the past and they are also top notch.
