Steve McCoy of Jeff Wyler Dodge Eastgate was a true professional. He was honest, helpful and answered all questions accuately every step of the way. I have been buying cars for over 45 years, and Caravans since 1985. This was by far the best experience. I got the car I wanted at the price I needed from a polite and consumate professional. I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for more than 2 months in a specific configuration and when I did an inventory search on Jeep.com and found that Jeff Wyler had the vehicle I was looking for I headed into my local dealership (since I am 5 hours away). My local dealership salesperson said there was no way that Jeff Wyler would really sell me the Jeep for the price they had listed on their website and he asked me to call from his desk. Steve McCoy was the salesperson from Jeff Wyler that answered and he stated that the advertised price was the price that I could buy the car for. I worked with Steve over phone, e-mail, and text to work through the deal and after coming to agreement, I drove the 5 hours to Jeff Wyler to close the deal. All the while expecting some type of debate on the deal when I arrived. I was dead wrong. Steve and Shawn were both very professional and they were prepared to close the deal when I arrived. This was my 9th new car that I have bought over the years from various dealerships in Ohio, NC, and IL, and I would say one of the best car buying experiences that I have had.

The car-buying experience is usually annoying at best because there's always the feeling inthe back of your mind when dealing with most car salesman that you're getting ripped off. I didn't feel that way with Jeff Wyler Eastgate. Both Steve and Joe were very polite and patient and answered the multiple questions that I had. Neither of them tried to pressure me into making a decision too soon, and did their best to make the process as smooth as possible.

Steve was absolutely awesome!! We were there at least 3 times trying to decide on just the right vehicle. He was always very helpful, so friendly and spent as much time as we needed. He really worked a great deal for us on our 2012 Journey. We can't say enough about how pleased we were with his service. We will definately be sending referrals his way!!! Thanks again Steve!

I purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger R/T at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall.My wife and I were met by Steve shortly after we arrived on the lot.He promptly and courteously showed us various vehicles of the type we were looking for.Steve worked with us to hammer out the details of the purchase and loan options.After details were finalized,Steve explained accessories on the vehicle and even programmed the bluetooth feature for us!He was a pleasure to work with.I will definitely consider Jeff Wyler Auto Mall for future purchases.

Steven helped me out in every aspect you could even think of. Anything I needed answered he answered it. He is very friendly and is really great at his job. Another guy who work for Chevy his name was Troy not sure on the last name but he showed me everything about my cruze that I should know about. The whole Jeff Wyler team is awesome at what they do!
