My 20 years with Toyota has been a great experience. I have a wife and six children, and we have gone through our share of Toyotas. My favorite by far is the Sequoia. I really enjoy meeting new families every day and matching their needs with one of our excellent vehicles. My favorite thing about working for Elk Grove Toyota is, never having to apologize for our product, our facility and our loyal and helpful staff. Everyone was great. Friendly and professional. The after-service with Matt is especially appreciated. He came through on lettting me know as soon a limited production accessory for my wife's new car had been available (was not available at the time of purchase).

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
I visited them after the other two dealers in Sacramento. I was ready to give up completely after being taken for an imbecile at the other dealers. Elk grove Toyota was clean and professional. Matt and Steve asked the right questions and I thrilled to buy my new Prius from them. They got me the price I needed and treated me with terrific professional courtesy and respect. They will be my go to dealer from now on

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
The overall experiences was great, this was my first new car and i have heard just how difficult dealerships can be. I was pleased with the customer service and quality of work. Both people i worked with were very friendly and my overall experience was very good. I wished i would have gotten a bit lower of a price but it kind of comes with getting a new car instead of a used one. Both Long and Steve made my experience great and i would refer friends to this dealership and representatives. I don't recall his name but the financing gentlemen was very nice, helpful and down to earth. Made me very happy and was extremely helpful.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
What I liked about this experience was that everyone involved was very honest and friendly with making the purchase. Matthew was very knowledgable and made the effort to find the answer to the quastions I had. His manager Steve was very honest about the financing portion and Josh in finance was very honest about the best value for some of the added features such as car alarms and extended warranties. At no time did I feel the staff was over pushy or overly aggressive in making the sale. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
Romy Cruz was a very friendly and helpful sales person. He followed up with us without being pushy . Just letting us know he was available to us if we needed any further help or information in our car purchase decision. He was direct with us and knowledgeable about the car and toyota sales.
Steve Moroz, as the sales manager , was also very helpful. willing to talk to my husband on the phone, as we live far away, and give him as much information as we needed. He was very direct in his pricing , which we appreciated.
The show room is well arranged and very clean. The sales people waiting for new customers were very polite and not too aggressive. I would recommend Elk Grove Toyota.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
We were shopping for cars for our two daughters, and although Elk Grove Toyota was not the first place we stopped there was no comparison to the way we were treated at your dealership. Elk Grove Toyota treated us SO WELL, and there was none of the game playing like at the other dealers. We were helped by Bob Akin who was an informative salesman. Steve Moroz also worked with us, and treated us like family. He was so genuine and truly cared about our needs, and did his absolute best to meet them. We have never had such a pleasent car buying experience! We would love to come back to Toyota and buy another car when the need arises, years to come because of this wonderful experience.
