Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Much respect goes to Phil Beach who did a very professional job of dealing with 4 or 5 situations occurring simultaneously. He remained very calm and knew just what to do to request his staff's assistance in completing different parts of the car buying process while he was meeting everyones needs. All employees of Jeff Wyler that we came in contact with were very nice and curteous. The car we chose to buy, the 2013 Chevrolet Impala LTZ, has all the options we were looking for, the Crystal Red Tintcoat is absolutely gorgeous, and the price was fantastic! We were completely satisfied with the service provided by Phil, and will return to this dealership to work with him in the future, as well as sending everyone we know to him when they are looking for a car.

I worked with Steve on a lease 3 years ago and was treated wonderfully! My lease was about up and I decided to turn it in to purchase a vehicle. I wasn't sure how the process worked and what vehicle would fit my budget. Steve did some research and found the perfect car and payment option that I was comfortable with. I am pleased with every aspect of this dealership. They go out of their way to please their customers.

I am still in amazement at how quick, easy, and enjoyable my car buying experience at Jeff Wyler was!! I met Rick first, even though my credit situation was not the best, he had faith in his ability to help me from the start. Sure enough, he called me 2 days later and brought me in to meet Steve and pick out a car! Steve was a blast to work with, and was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. That man has personality out to ears!!! Last I was introduced to Ken, who helped get all of the loan documents taken care of. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me which I really appreciated. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car lot, and that is where I will make my purchases from now on! :)

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE AT JEFF WYLER'S IN SPRINGFIELD, OHIO. IT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAD BEEN ASSISTED BY A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESPERSON, STEVE MOUGEY. I HAVE PURCHASED OR LEASED OTHER CARS FROM JEFF WYLER'S OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE BEEN TREATED ROYALLY EVERY TIME. I'M NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER SO I ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE DOZENS OF QUESTIONS TO ASK. IN EVERY CASE, STEVE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME IN ENOUGH DETAIL FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND.
