The worst salesman I have ever met with. Also sales manager was horrible called about a Cadillac that two salesman said they had and found out they don’t have it from their sales manager he Also sales manager was horrible called about a Cadillac that two salesman said they had and found out they don’t have it from their sales manager he told me the salesman should’ve known better Told me about another Cadillac they had a for sale, explained the vehicle he had told me to come to the dealership and they will take care of me after 2 1/2 hours, they kept me there another 2 1/2 hours to give me an insulting price on my trade in vehicle after leaving dealership two days later, received a text from the salesman asking if I purchased a vehicle yet told him I was negotiating terms with a different dealership. The sales manager texted me asking if I bought A vehicle from another dealership yet I explained to him at that time we were in negotiations at another dealership. He asked me if they could make a deal with me on the Cadillac or an SUV when I asked him what kind of deal he could give me he asked me what vehicle when I told him the Cadillac, he said that has been sold after he just told me the vehicle was available. Basically it was a harassing text to me. I would not recommend this dealership at all I feel that the salesman and the sales manager do not care about their customers at all. This is a zero Star dealership when there’s plenty of other dealerships out there. I recommend to stay away from this dealership and find another one. I hope this has been helpful. Thank you Brian. We bought a new Escalade out of state and picked it up away from the seller's dealership. We found a few minor fitment and QC issues after getting a chance to look the car over more thoroughly.
