My Review of Park Ave BMW:
We live in Manhattan and we knew exactly which car we wanted to order. We had the car quoted at a few dealers. Steven was not able to have a similar vehicle available for test drive even though they had one in the warehouse, but he was able to pull a vehicle with the same engine and weight characteristics for us to drive. Steven and Gregg gave us a good price and I would recommend this short trip into New Jersey. We had no trouble with our trade-in and the paper work went smoothly and they were very accommodating. The car arrived sooner than they quoted us which was also very nice.

Working with Steven was an absolute pleasure. I had actually committed to another BMW dealer in South Jersey and if it wasn't for Steven's pleasant demeanor and persistance with getting me the same deal I would not have switched. It was truly because of Steven that I changed my mind.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I've been a BMW customer for more than 14 years. I know all the BMW dealers in Bergen County and have made business with all of them. My best experience so far has been with Park Avenue BMW. I had been shopping around for a CPO 3 Series for a few months. The day I dealt with Steven Mercier, I closed a deal within an hour. Steven was extremely helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. He wasn't the typical salesperson trying to push a car out of his lot. His manager Gregg Berkowitz who I've known for many years, since he was at Difeo was also very helpful. Tom Twomey was also very helpful. He walked my wife and I through all the new features on the car.

I was extremely satisfied with the process. My registration/plates were ready within a week (I've dealt with other car dealers that take about a month to get this done). What has made the experience better is the fact that Steven Mercier has gone out of his way to follow up and make sure that I'm completely satisfied with my new car.

I will certainly recommend you to friends and family in the near future.

I RESEARCHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE BMWX3 AND FILLED OUT MY INFROMATION. STEVEN CONTACTED ME TO ARRANGE FOR A TEST DRIVE. HE WAS AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND NOT PUSHY LIKE SOME CAR SALESMEN ARE! I FELT AS IF I HAD KNOWN HIM FOR YEARS. I VERY RARELY BELIEVE PEOPLE WITHOUT FINDING OUT FOR MYSELF BUT WITH STEVEN HE WAS SO KIND AND KNEW THE PRODUCT WELL SO I FELT AT EASE SPENDING MONEY!
I WOULD ABSOULUTELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND AS A MATTER OF FACT HAVE NOT STOPPED TALKING ABOUT THEM. WHEN SOMEONE ADMIRES MY TRUCK I TELL THEM WHERE THEY CAN FIND ONE AND HOW WELL THEY TREAT YOU OVER THERE.
THE FINANCE GUY WAS ALSO VERY NICE AND INFORMATIVE AND MOST OF ALL HONEST. I HAVE HAD NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST AT DEALERSHIPS SO NORMALLY I SHY AWAY. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!

Let me first say, that i had been looking to buy a car and went to other dealerships before coming to Park AVE BMW. From the momment I met with Stephen I felt comfortable and knew this was the place i wanted to buy my new car. YOU must ask to speak with Steven Mercier, he will take care of you. Steven was phenominal, a God-sent if i can say. I had explained my situation and exactly what i wanted to spend monthly on payments to him from day one. I never felt pressured to go over my budget or to buy the car. He sat down and explained everything to me in detail and even spoke in depth with me over the phone. His professionalism and expertise was refershing. Words cannot express the wonderful expierence this was for me. I had no problem trading in my old car and they worked to make sure i was able to drive home my BMW that day!! I would Definitely recommend Park Ave BMW to anyone looking to buy a car. In the morning the coffee machine was not functioning,once informed it was taken care of right away, would have been nice if they had some milk, but will let it go.

You could lean from the Lexus dealership in Englewood.

wonderful experience working with Jeff Debiase Jr and Stephen Mercier, both wonderful
