In all honesty, I only stopped by the dealership to look at a car, having my 10 year old son with me. But Frank made me feel incredibly comfortable by answering every question honestly and completely. Before I knew it, I had purchased my wife a pretty good anniversary present. My wife and I have purchased 5 cars from other dealerships on Rt 2, but we have never had the service that we received from both Frank and Steve Rodrigues. These two are a credit to your dealership and I would happily recommend all of my family and friends to buy their vehicles from Bald Hill. In fact, both my 10 year old and 6 year old sons spent time looking at the cars they want to buy. The MW3 Jeep looks real good.

We were looking for a fairly new car for my daughter as a first car. We chose a Dodge Avenger, with low mileage, super clean, mechanically perfect, and most of all, safety was a big concern. All of our criteria was met. Lou wasn't pushy, and was very patient with our questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car, and a great salesman to work with. He met all of needs, and requests. We finalized the agreement and worked with Steve Rodrigues, who was also helpful with the paperwork, and extended warranties. When we picked up the car everything was ready making this a superb experience. Thanks again Lou and Steve, it was a pleasure to do business with you and Bald Hill Dodge.

I can't say enough about the Bald Hill Dodge team! This is my third vehicle purchase from them and I just can't imagine going anywhere else. Lou Ruggieri has been my product specialist each time, he is courteous, friendly and honest. I went in to have an oil change and while I was waiting I went up to say hello and check on the current specials, I had been looking to get back into an SUV. I was interested in the Grand Cherokee, but after Lou asked me about a payment I was looking for, and I what I wanted in vehicle options, it was just too much. I appreciated that honesty. Lou suggested the Jeep Compass and fortunately for me,on this rainy/snowy night, they had both a Grand Cherokee and a Compass in the show room. Lou helped me compare the vehicles and he worked with Steve Crosby to get me the best deal. I feel they gave me the best trade value for my PT Cruiser and they worked out financing with Steve Rodrigues. As they did this, I kept looking at both vehicles and they were totally right - price wise and size wise, the Grand would not have been the car for me. It was late, near closing time, so I was prepared to come back and pick up my new vehicle, but Lou said I could take it that night - no problem! He even made the call to switch my insurance over! He prepped the new car, I cleaned out my old car and then I watched him drive it off the show room floor. All of this in a matter of a few hours! I was not expecting to be able to drive home with a new vehicle that night, but this team made it happen. I am thrilled with my new SUV and will continue to refer this dealership and Lou to anyone I hear looking for a vehicle! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Sincerely, E. O'Brien

Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep is a great place to buy a car. They are always working to move vehicles fairly and at the most competitive prices you could possibly find. I had to go out of state to find them, and it was well worth the effort.
Dave Connetti is a perfect example of what a sales person should be like. He was extremely knowledgable about his products and very helpful without being a pest. He made us a very good offer on our trade in, and never even remotely tried to pressure us in any way.The rest of the car selling world would do well to have him train their employees. My wife and I are very lucky to have found a car salesperson that was as honest as him. If he's still there when we are due for another vehicle, he will be our guy.
Steve Rodrigues in the finance department shocked my wife and I by finding and finalizing an interest rate that was lower than our own bank would get us and went after it on our behalf, even after we had agreed on a slightly higher one. Name one other place that could have or would have done that. They go above and beyond for their customers.

We have purchased 5 vehicles in the past 7 years from Bald Hill Dodge, 2 within the last month (2012 Ram, 2011 Nitro) Rachel went out of her way to assist me thru numerous emails on a 2012 Ram with Lou wrapping up the deal. I worked directly with Lou on finding a new Nitro - which they had to go 200 miles into New Jersey to pick up. Both deals, they were very generous with the trade in allowance as well as the final price. I have bought several new vehicles from other dealers and have never had the level of customer service that I recieve with I walk thru the doors of Bald Hill Dodge.

I had a great time shopping for a car. painless and actually enjoyable...My salesman, Frank Vescera jr. was very knowledgable and helpful...he was able to answer all of my questions and he worked within my prioe range without adding pressure...I got a great service package from Steve Rodrigues, and he was also very knowledgable and helpful. He helped to get a managable monthly payment that included a great warranty...I have driven the car a considerable distance and there have been no problems...it was clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up...at the last minute the salesman even had air added to the tires so that they were at the perfect pressure...LOL...so get on down to Bald Hill Dodge and buy and a car...LOL...

WOW!
Imagine a pleasant car buying experience. The salesperson, Bill Bent made this one for me. He gave me their price, honored it and didn't play the games some dealers do.
Bill was laid back, knew the car's features and the benefits and told it like it was without ever trying to persuade me. The entire meeting was conversational and I left feeling as if I had been sold by a friend.
The car , a Charger RT Plus, was untouchable for the price within a 100 mile radius of my home.

Steve Rodrigues was also a gentleman to deal with during the add-on warranty and finance closing. Again, no pressure, just explained his offers and accepted my answers.

I would recommend Bill and this dealership to everyone.
