My Review of Paramount Kia Hickory:
I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima and walking into the dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted in a car changed my mind when I drove the Optima. I never bought a new car by myself especially being young and stupid and having a repo on my credit. He was experienced and knows the car inside out. I would have been lost without any help. He was friendly and get you out of there fast as possible. Works hard to find you a good finance deal. Gives you all the information you needed to know.. I would recommend this dealership to anyone especially new owners like myself..

I had had a really rough time with a very shady dealership and I was a nervous wreck after buying two horrible cars from that past dealership and they were more than understanding. Steven even gave me some of his Parm Bites! What car salesman does that? An awesome one!! They did everything they could to make this process as smooth and painless as possible and I have had the car almost a month now and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Our experience at Paramount Kia was a very favorable one. I really enjoyed the live chat on their web site. It helped to to make a connection to and individual before showing up on the lot. The conversation between the two of us the night before help to make the overall experience less of a "hassle" and created a more efficient experience.

The finance department was understanding to my personal situation and was willing to show us options that fit our budget. The sales person did everything in his power to make sure that his customers left happy and satisfied.

We are enjoying our Crossover and are telling our friends about the great deal that we received.

I had a fantastic experience at Paramount. They put me int the car I wanted and worked to get me the best payment possible. The sales team was friendly and the selection was very nice. I went in with a few models in mind and Steven helped me narrow that down to 1 vehicle. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
