I’ve tried to call and buy - three calls - three days. Jack never called back after promising he would. How many calls back? ZERO. Not impressed with service level at all. Sudesh is my man! I’ve bought numerous vehicles from him and this last time I came to see him he informed me that he had a new position ( which I was extremely happy for him) but he still helped me find the and this last time I came to see him he informed me that he had a new position ( which I was extremely happy for him) but he still helped me find the vehicle I wanted and made sure I was completely satisfied. Happy with our new car Jack spoke with us as soon as we parked our car. We told him what we wanted, how much we were willing to pay and didn't have a lot of time. He showed Jack spoke with us as soon as we parked our car. We told him what we wanted, how much we were willing to pay and didn't have a lot of time. He showed us a few cars , we picked one to drive. It was just what we had wanted. We negotiated price, trade in , and before we knew it we were in Tim Houlis office. Signed all papers, wrote a check and were on our way. I must say a very different experience then two years ago. Much different. Very happy all around. More

Got a great car at a great price! I was looking for a used vehicle that still had some good miles left and could come with a warranty. I met Jack when I pulled in and he listened to m I was looking for a used vehicle that still had some good miles left and could come with a warranty. I met Jack when I pulled in and he listened to my needs and began to show me around. I was looking for a a miracle car, low miles, great gas mileage, warranty, and a color I liked. Jack was patient as I viewed each one till I found the one I liked. It met my needs and I loved it. When we went in to do the purchase I called my insurance company and found out it was too expensive for me to insure. I had to walk away, Jack did not push me or try to persuade me. I went home and worked it out with my insurance company and came back for the car. I already had my own financing so it was easy after that. Channing had the paperwork ready and it was done! Thanks for a great car and a great experience. More
