My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Had been shopping around for a while for a new car and stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a Dodge Journey.

I worked with Suzy Reingold, who provided a great road test on the car and took the time to show me many of the features that made the car a great buy.

Although I was at the Dealership by myself, I wasn't able to "make the decision" by myself, to which Suzy suggested we do a drive by to show my partner. He loved it, I loved it and before I knew it, I was driving out of the dealership in a brand new car.

The entire transaction was simple and easy, there was no "number games" going on with the prices. We discussed a few things and signed on the dotted line.

I've had the car back at the dealership to add some extra options and they were more than helpful - even providing a loaner car so I could make it to work on time. Everyone in the Sales & Service departments have been more than helpful.

This is my 3rd vehicle with Napleton and Suzy has always taken the best care of us with pricing,financing and delivery of each one. The personal service is top notch and the service department is impeccable! They pick up my car for service and leave a loaner car and return my car cleaned! I won't use any other automotive group than this one. They are truly the best.

I felt that the service that was provided to me was excellent. They covered everything that I might have a question or concern about later. Suzy made me feel part of every step and explained things to me when I wasnt to sure about. I didnt feel rushed they took their time and made sure I knew every step being taken. Once I walked in the door I felt a comfortable atmosphere. Suzy Reingold and Christopher Squillo were very helpful and I hope to do business with them again soon.

I've been looking for a specific Jeep for several months and I noticed what I was looking for on the Napleton's Webste. i emailed Napleton and within 30 mins Sheldon Joy ( Sales Rep) got back to me. I told him right away I didn't want to waste his time if the pricing was out of my range and he was right up front with me about everything. I made an appointment to come in and test drive it. Sheldon was very helpful and wasn't pushy at all. Every time I walk into a dealership it's always a hard sell and you never got that feeling when you walked into Napleton. I didn't have the best credit but Sheldon and the finance department did everything they could to get me into my price range and get me the financing i needed to get me into my new jeep. I'd like to add that Suzy Reingold was very helpful in the process as well. She keep me in the loop during the entire process. I would definitely recommend going to Napleton to purchase your next car!

I have not been a part of the car buying decisions in my house for over 10 years. It was with great anxiety that I started the process of looking for a new mini van. Having three toddlers and no babysitters made this task especially challenging. Suzy made the whole experience painless. I had to bring my kids with me and she colored with them, gave them pens, offered hot chocolate and was just really nice to them. I felt like she truly had my best interests in mind. I had to come back a few days after the car was purchased to go over all of the features. Suzy spent over an hour with me making sure I knew everything the car had to offer. Furthermore, she had the service people fill up the tires with air. She kept telling me to come back or to call her if I had any questions and for the first time ever (while dealing with a car sales person) I believed her! She has been at Napleton's for 25 years and knows her product inside and out. I highly recommend her - she was a pleasure to work with. In my opinion, she went above and beyond the call of duty.
