Syed was Great! I found the used jeep i wanted at his dealership in Arlington which was almost 300miles away from me as i live in Galveston. I had had problems with other fairly local dealerships stating the mileage of their vehicle and when i arrive it has double the mileage, or stating it has leather interior or navigation only to arrive and find it doesnt. Syed personally took pictures with his phone and sent them to me to confirm. I told him i was already financed through my bank and wanted the vehicle but had to wait until friday when i sold my vehicle. He held the vehicle from Tuesday to Friday for me with no money down, or paperwork initiated, just my word. I know you might think, maybe nobody came up with the money before i did, but i assure you this vehicle with less than 1000 miles on it was priced less than other dealerships without all the options and mileage running in the 13'000 to 21'000 range, which is to say it was priced to sell and other motivated buyers had inquired about it. On Friday when i got off of work i started my drive to Arlington and due to traffic in Houston I had a major delay. I called Syed and informed him that i didnt think i would be able to make it by closing time at 9pm and that i thought it would be around 10p. Syed never skipped a beat and said he would stay until i arrived. When i arrived the vehicle was gased up and sitting out front ready to go, the paper work was very very quick and painless. I have purchased several vehicles in years passed, used and new and cant say i have ever felt as catered to as i did with Syed. I highly recommend him as your dealer, it was worth the drive for his customer service and for a great, well priced vehicle.

Over the last 20 years, most of my vehicles,m as well as my children's vehicles, have come from a Don Davis dealership. I came into Don Davis Dodge to specifically look at a used Honda Accord I saw on this dealerships website. The warranty on the car I was in had run out and I didnt want to be without one. I test drove the Honda and I liked it ok enough but the financing did not work out in a way that would benefit me. I thought we were done and I was ready to call it a day. Then Syed Jilaney told me about this 2011 Dodge Caliber that they just barely got in. I looked at it and immediately told him that there was no way I could afford this. He assured me I could. I had just spent an hour telling him what my goal was and what my pocketbook could afford. He went above and beyond to help me get into this vehicle. I am very happy with my vehicle, my experience at Don Davis Dodge and Syed Jilaney.

Enthusiastic, committed. Syed gives 150% in his pursuit to assist one in buying a car. Always polite, never pushy. Living more than three hours away, they were very helpful answering all questions I had and we were able to take care of most details over the telephone. My car was waiting for me as soon as I pulled onto the lot. Everything went very smoothly & Syed explained all the steps along the way. I was pretty nervous purchasing a car for the first time on my own. They took great care of me, if I had known it would have been this easy, I'd have bought from them sooner. It will be the first place I turn to when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. Salesman were friendly & pleasant, as were the people in the financing department. Purchase price on the vehicle was better than fair & competitive ~ Very stress free experience!

I came back to Don Davis after a wonderful sales experience in 2011. I came in to purchase one car for my son and discussed my future purchase for myself. Don Davis employees said, "Why not get both today?".........in a very short time I had two vehicles AND affordable monthly payments to meet my financial needs perfectly. Don Davis employee didn't make us feel like we were hopeless with our trade-in needs. I will not trade anywhere else but Don Davis! They were true to me, their customer in 2011, and again when I came back! Thanks Don Davis staff! Earl and Syed were top notched salesmen who know how to put their customer first.......car buying was never easier.
