TROY STEVENSON at Wesley Chapel Nissan

This was my first time buying a brand new car. I am a young woman and have never purchased a car on my own before. Prior to visiting Wesley Chapel Nissan, I was hesitant about the whole process. I went in anticipating a whirlwind of red tape and confusing dealers, but the employees walked me through every detail from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all the terms and conditions. They were very pleasant and patient. They will answer your questions and make sure you are satisfied. I definitely recommend them!

I never expected to get a car after my recent financial troubles. The dealership was welcoming from the start and helped many with every possible way. I was even giving a tour of the facility by the service manager. Never have I felt so belonging in any dealership that I have ever been in. I would cringe at the thought of even the idea of visiting. I would recomend this dealership to anyone with or without financial troubles.

I contacted Wesley Chapel Nissan via an internet application which was sent to Troy my salesman. Troy contacted me within fifteen minutes. I could tell right away Troy would work hard at getting the best deal for us. He was very very positive and made me feel comfortable working with him over the phone. My family and I drove 62 mile to meet with Troy to complete the transaction. He was very patient with us, we drove two cars and looked at four. Troy took the time to research which vehicles fit our budget each time. Troy has a way of making you feel important to him. (not just another sale). Troy is definitely an asset to the dealership. I will be back

The team was very helpful and a great example of what true customer service is. They worked with us on a trade we brought in and gave us a fair trade-in value as well as a great monthly payment. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. We would definitely refer our friends and family and would return for any future purchases.
