My husband and I walked into Royal Palm Toyota to look at a cheap, used car that would fit my family of 4. We had previously spoken to Tamara over the phone and completed the "online" application, so she was already ahead of the game when we walked in. She already knew our story, our unfortunate luck with employment due to the economy bust, and our moving to Florida one short week ago. We had so much stacked against us that we were terrified of even being looked at by a lender, and even more terrified of being turned down on a car. We ended up leaving the dealership yesterday with a brand new Corolla in my favorite color! I will confess I'm still waiting for someone to pinch me and wake me up from the dream of having a new car with our credit, and our situation. She went to bat for us, and really related to our situation and understood the need for a car immediately. I cannot say enough about how nice the dealership was to my family...even when our two children were running around the showroom for the better part of the day....in and out of cars...popping the hoods and pushing every button imaginable! They had a vending cart out front that allowed us to eat hot dogs and chips for free, so that was definitely a bonus as well!

All-in-all....between the wonderful experiences that we had at our old Toyota dealership in Kansas, and the awesome experience with this dealership....we will never be shopping ANYWHERE ELSE for a car again. Way to go Toyota! You ROCK!

My experience with Royal Palm Toyota has been second to none. As you could imagine, the average person dreads the moment they have to walk into a car dealership due to the horror stories that are out there. However, Royal Palm Toyota has put all those stories to rest by standing out amongst the rest as a true family oriented environment. One that truly cares and remains loyal with their customers.

Great staff, family oriented, customer service is second to none! Highly recommended!

When I drove into the service area, I was told to wait in my vehicle until a porter came to help me. Joe Vacarro came outside and recognized me, he immediately referred me to Elaine who directed me to the waiting room while she got information on my vehicle. Everything went well, they only asked a few questions and were friendly.

I highly advocate for the sunday service. It is convenient for me since I am busy most of the week and since there are not too many customers on this day, it did not take too long to get service.

Employees are exeptional along with service. Very helpful and respectable. They try to make your experience as simple and quick as possible. Would reccomend to anyone buying a new or used car.

I would like to say that the employees that I dealt with at this dealership were very friendly, informative and easy to work with. I have always hated going to dealerships for cars. I would reccommend this dealership to all my friends.
