I have been purchasing Hondas from Honda Cars of Bellevue since the early 1990's and have always been pleased. But my most recent experience was fantastic! Kevin Maun worked with me to get the deal I was looking for for both my new Odyssey and my trade-in. And the rest of the purchasing process was handled equally as well by Tari Brewer. They both were very patient and gave me detailed answers to all of my questions and had the vehicle ready for pick up earlier than promised. It was truly a pleasurable buying experience!

We had an excellent experience at this location. First of all the sales people Faiz and Elizabeth were very friendly, not pushy like you'd expect, they had answers to all our questions. The financing was a breeze, Tari really knew her stuff. Finally Tony was great to negotiate with. We got a great deal on our new Honda CR-V without the hassle seen at most dealers.

This is my 3rd vehicle this year that I have purchased from Honda Cars of Bellevue. I worked with Gary Pelan this time and he was a great salesman. Everything was handled very professionaly and in a friendly manner. Negotiations were quick and simple. I was done in less than an hour. Tari Brewer handled the financial portion and she was also quick and friendly. I left the same afternoon in my new vehicle.

My Review of Honda Cars of Bellevue:
We traded in two cars for one new 2011 Honda CR-V EX. Tony was our salesperson, he was very professional, competent and friendly. He came across honest and sincere which we appreciated especially in the negotiation of the final price. I would have like a lower net difference in price between the new car and our trade ins but I was comfortable enough to proceed forward and close the deal. Tony was there the next day when we picked up our new car and gave us a great overview of the features on our new vehicle and more than once told us to call him if we had any questions. Tari was our financial service person. She went over available extended warranties and was not pushing when we declined them. She made the financing part of our new car very pleasant. In summary both Tony and Tari made buying our new care a very pleasant experience and we would recommend our friends to talk to them if they are in the market for a new vehicle.

I had never driven a Honda until I visited Honda cars of Bellevue. I am very impressed with the honda car but so much more with the people I dealt with. I have had really negative experiences with other dealers (will leave their name out but what rhymes with: Woodhouse Ford or what rhymes with Atchley Ford) I was treated so very well it was unbelieveable due to past times with the other dealers. Elizabeth is not one of the best she IS The Best! I felt not only like family but like her friend. She is very knowledgeable, has empathy, she is kind, quirky and funny also! She more than exceeded my expectations, she went above and beyond! YCCOM Elizabeth! You can count on Elizabeth thats for sure! She was not only an honest buddy but she treated me (and us) with the highest respect. I appreciate you Elizabeth like you have no idea how much. (I'm speechless, just lost my typed words as well)Everyone at Honda cars of Bellevue was great (Teri in Finance, Santiago too) I will reccommend your dealership thats for sure! I must repeat again, Elizabeth did more than give me/us the highest level of service possible she went soooooo much further! My Review of Honda Cars of Bellevue:
I had an amazing experience at Honda cars of Bellevue! I went looking for a specific car in mind but that didn't work out for me. So I went back the following day and left the lot with a new car that fit my needs. Everyone was extremely helpful from the first inquiry I made on their website so that when I came in I knew who to speak with in person. Car and financing terminology was made understandable and they made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. I did not feel that I was getting worked over as it can feel many times for a woman at a car dealership. In any event, after buying the car, I was called back because they found another bank that would provide me with a better financing package. Very honest people, so I would strongly recommend purchasing a car at Honda cars of Bellevue. Someone recommended I go there to look for a new car and I am happy that I took their advice!!!

My Review of Honda Cars of Bellevue:
I have purchased new cars from Ford, Chevy, Plymouth, Datsun (showing my age) and Hyundai dealerships and this was by far my most pleasant experience. Everyone I met was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and went out of their way to make my buying experience easy and enjoyable. The dealership has excellent facalities and the staff is made up of "down home" people who know their business and work at customer service and satisfaction. This is the first Honda I have purchased and if the car is half as good as the people who work at the dealership, I'll be one happy camper. If you are interested in buying a Honda at a fair price from people who want to HELP you without the pressure and hype, you need to visit Honda Cars of Bellevue.
