Recently, my wife and I purchased a new Toyota Camry XLE from your dealership
and was very pleased in which your Saleslady, Tashi Chomor assisted us. A super
person indeed. Very courteous, very experienced and most of all helpful. We
are from the Rockford, Ill area, and are first time Toyota owners. Your
dealership was most friendly. My wife and I were very pleased as Tashi made
us comfortable during our visit.

Tashi restored our faith in being able to find a salesperson who could put a smile on your face throughout the whole process of choosing, evaluating, and signing the purchase agreement for a new vehicle. This was the best experience that we have had in over 40 years of buying vehicles for ourselves and our children. And, don't let the fact that she is female fool you because with her expertise she can talk specific car and truck facts with certainty. Her attention to detail and follow up on the transaction has been very good. She is personable, and honestly cares about customer satisfaction. She will undoubtedly see us back again.

Tashi is wonderful, and I would recommend her to anybody who is interested in purchasing any type of Toyota!! She goes above and beyond her role. Not only does she makes sure you get a great price and fantastic service, she also makes sure you are comfortable approaching her with any future questions...which I did a couple of times. I purchased my Toyota Rav 4 Limited through Tashi in December of 2011, and am still very happy with it. My family recommended her to me when i was finally ready to part with my convertible and go for an SUV. My parents purchased an SUV through her a few years back, and my brother's girlfriend has purchased a vehicle through her. I am happy I listened to my family's recommendation and found such a wonderful Toyota lady! :)

Our Camry is the 3rd new Toyota that we've purchased from Tashi. She has always been friendly, knowledgable, and very fair with pricing. All other Toyota staff members that we've worked with towards each purchase have been helpful and friendly too. Each new car experience has been positive. We plan to continue our Toyota relationship with Tashi in the future.

Tashi was excellent. She was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable of the products and services offered by Toyota. You could tell by her actions, that she really wanted to make sure you where satisfied and not just wanting to sell a vehicle.

My experience at Jon Lancaster could not have been better. I had done my research and solicited quotes from 3 different dealerships. Tashi and Quince the sales manager didn't just try to sell me a car. They listened to my needs and offered their advice on why a venza was right for me and did everything in their power to not only make sure I bought a Venza, but that I bought it from them.

As they were honest with me, I was honest with them, and I informed them of my shopping with the other dealerships. After talking further with the other dealerships and respecting the offer that they made me, I realized that no other Toyota dealer even came close to what Tashi and Quince had offered to do for me. For that, I purchased the Venza 2 days later and Jon Lancaster will be doing all of my service as well.

I am a sales rep who knows how to play the game, and I could not be more impressed with the treatment I was given at JL Toyota. I would recommend Tashi, Quince to help anyone find the car they are looking for. I even challenge you to find better, because I've got news for you..... You won't find better.
