My Review of O'Daniel Motor Sales:
Ted Mekianov met me at the door when I entered.
He was friendly but I didn't get the 'Car Salesman' vibe from him, and THAT is a good thing.
I explained my point of view for the visit and at no time did he pressure me or try to
give me the 'Big Sell' on any of the vehicles in the lot.
He had other appointments scheduled and I know he had things to do to prep for them, but he still took the time to sit in one of the cars and explain all the features it
had.
He offered to let me take the car for the night. I said no and he did not even attempt to change my mind.
Subsequently I changed my mind and decided to drive it home.
He was already off with his next appointment.
When I came back the next day to discuss terms Ted was easy to work with.
As with most people, having to go thru the 'buying a car' experience is not on my top 10 list of things to do. Ted made it pretty painless.
Ted's attention to customer service was spot on and he was just an all around nice guy.
I would recommend Ted as a cal salesman to any of my friends that were in the market
to buy.

I wanted to send you a thank you for all of your help with my A5 purchase.  When I called your dealership, I was happy to have Ted pick up the phone and help me through the purchasing process.  From the get go, you all were very genuine and patient in answering my questions and a great resource for answers.  I give you 5 stars for the way that you handled everything from having the car's wheels refinished to showing me all of the cars features. The entire day was great and I am glad that I decided to make the drive to Fort Wayne from Ohio to make this purchase.

My Review of O'Daniel Motor Sales:
My wife and I were "just looking" for a newer car for her, preferrably an Audi with all wheel drive. First, we (she) thought we wanted a convertible and test drove an A4 and TT. None were "just right". Ted contacted me several times when they had new stock in for us to look at during the course of several months, with a gorgeous black "2010" A5 convertible, that I thought was "the One" back in October. It was the one but, it was too expensive for her to be happy. Poor Ted didn't know what to do after that. He showed us everything we wanted to see, and more, and still maintained a friendly attitude. Finally, he showed us an "09" A4 Quattro that we bought a few weeks ago. There were a few details that were taken care of to our satisfaction and we have experienced friendly people through the whole process. It will be a few years before we buy another car but, we will be back to see Ted first! Thank you Ted for all your attention to our needs.

My Review of O'Daniel Motor Sales:
I had a great experience at O'Daniel Audi. Ted was patient and kept in touch during the search process. I had specific criteria for the car I was searching for and Ted spent a lot of time with me, in person, on the phone and via e-mail ensuring he was getting me exactly the car I was looking for. Once the car came in Ted spent a great deal of time showing me all the features of the car and ensuring I knew how to use them before leaving the lot. He has since followed up multiple times to ensure I'm enjoying my new car and if I have any questions. I would definitly do business with them in the future. I love my Audi!

I had a very good experience with O'Daniel Audi during the purchase of my new Q7. From the moment I began my car search until driving off the lot with my vehicle, I found Ted to be very helpful. He took the time to help me explore my different options and provided me valuable feedback that helped me make a decision. Throughout the "Waiting" process, Ted provided status updates to ensure I understood the progress on my vehicle. Upond deliver, he spent much time throughly walking me through the features of my vehicle which allowed me to leave the lot comfortable with the vehicle. I never felt pressured and my overall experience with O'Daniel Audi was great.

Overall pleasant experience. Saw the car online, asked many questions, received all information I needed, even over long distance and via Email.
The Value offered for my trade-in was fair.
Sales process was quick and easy, the car was washed and fueled when I took it home.
