My Review of Metro Toyota:
I bought a used car from Tedd Shipp even though I live in Virginia and even though I never even physically saw the car before buying it. I did this because I trusted Tedd. Every time we talked he was friendly, patient, and helpful. And when he didn't know the answer to a question, he would find out for me and call me back. Now, even after I bought the car, AND HE DROVE IT FROM MICHIGAN TO MY HOUSE IN VIRGINIA at his expense, he is STILL as helpful and friendly and patient and responsive as he was before I bought the car. I could not have asked for better service.

Very friendly and hardworking. Not the typical pushy used car sales man! Ted worked very hard for me to find the right vehicle for me that met my wants, needs, and price. Jon was awesome working with all the banks to get me the best loan option. They took care of everything for me hassle free.

I had an excellent experience at Metro Toyota working with Tedd. He listened to what I wanted in a car and came back with several options. After narrowing the field I said I was interested in the Prius models and he went looking. Not more than two days later he called with the model year and color I was looking for. The purchasing process could not have gone more smooth and he was prepared with all the paperwork the moment I arrived. I recommend Tedd to anyone who would like to know more about a car before purchasing. He is very detailed concerning the features, maintenance, and overall driving experience of the cars he sells. I was very confident driving off the lot knowing what I had purchased. I have had no issues with my Prius and would not hesitate doing business with Tedd again.

I sent an e-mail to express interest on a certified 2009 Toyota Corolla on a Tuesday. By Friday an appointment was made and Tedd Shipp was my assigned salesman. Tedd was warm, friendly, attentive, and supportive to me as a customer. He listened and worked with me on my offer,and that kept me at ease. He shared his background and established a relationship with me as a customer. I think thats very important because it gave me confidence in him. As everyone would agree, purchasing a car is very stressful. When you get an opportunity to work with someone who listens and willing to work towards you budget, it makes that experience positive. I am now a proud owner of a safe, reliable, and fantastic performing car. I would strongly recommend this man, and he loves his work. That makes a great difference. My wife and me would like to express our gratitude to Tedd Shipp and all the folks at Metro Toyota. Yes I would do business with him again.

Tedd was very prompt with his assistance. Very friendly, easy to talk to. He answered all my quwstoins, and if he didn't know it right away, he used his resources to fet an answer. His follow-up was great. He called me the day after my purchase to see if I was happy with it, and called again a week later to follow up again, which was unexpected but very nice. I would definitely recommend this dealersip, and especially Tedd.

Everything about this purchase was amazing. I live 3 hours north of this dealership, so most of the transaction was done over the phone. When we arrived to pick up the car, everyone we worked with were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but I can honestly say this was my absolute best experience. Driving 3 hous is definitely not going to stand in our way of purchasing all of our future cars from Tedd!! Thanks!5
