We just purchased a new 2013 A8L and once our experience with the dealership was greatly enhanced by the exemplary professional services of Tejas 'TJ' Trivedi. We had purchased a Q7 in 2011 with TJ and we decided to have TJ assist with ourA8 purchase. The process was very comfortable seamless and very professional. Worked with Tejas Trevidi who was very Knowledgeable about the sale. He did post sale courtesy call and kept me abreast of the status of my plates.
On service call he was there to follow up service and make my wait a pleasant one.

I was servicing my A7 at Bell Audi when I was browsing around the new cars stock in the showroom. I was approached by TJ asking me if I was interested in any of the cars. Being a long time Audi customer and a big fan of the brand, I've changed cars almost every year for the past 4 years. I had just completed a full year with the A7, which I loved but it cost me a little more than I'd budgeted for. I asked TJ to help me figure out if it would be a good time to change vehicles now, since mine was pretty new to begin with. I really didn't think it was an option yet. TJ immediately offered to do some number crunching and tried to offered me a couple of good possibilities that I haven't actually thought about. I also needed help finding a used first car for my 17 year old son ho just got his license. We were following the stock of used cars on Bell Audi's web page. We found a possible fit and returned to TJ. In one day he not only sold us my son's car, but wowed us with a brand new Q5 that was definitely better suited for our budget and it was a model of the Q5 I haven't seen before. TJ understood our needs and concerns and was able to pull the necessary data, information and impressive car in a day. I was lucky that day. His quick thinking and persuasion, made the deals happen. I am very happy with our cars.

I just recently received my new Audi Q7 that I order a few months back,from the beginning TJ was by far very helpful,he answer the questions I had and gave me the idea of ordering my Q7 just how I wanted it.The first time I went to the dealer it was almost time to close and he was willing to stay helping me even when it was after hours.He is very friendly and goes out of his way to help you in whatever it might be,once the car was ordered he kept in touch with me thro the process giving me updates on the car as it shipped,ETA ect.. overall this has been the best dealer experience I've had in my life,it was done fllawlessly thanks to the help of a very knowledgeable,friendly and always willing to help salesman name Tejas Triveti.With this experience I would make this dealer the only dealer I will go to for maintenance and future car purchasing,keep up the great work! I am a former BMW driver. After dealing with Tejas Trivedi, I had made the decision to switch. I am the owner of a S5 convertible. Due to the friendly face and knowledge of Tejas, I would go back to Edison Audi. Tejas was on top of everything I needed. Questions were answered quickly and correctly. He is an asset to Edison Audi. We were shopping for a used minivan and Tejas Trivedi helped us close on our Honda Odyssey. Tejas was very professional and made sure we were at ease with the buying process. It was a wonderful experience to get all the documentation and delivery done very smoothly. We worked witth Tejas Trivedi (TJ) to make this deal online. We began the process in China and from the moment we located the vehicle online until the point of delivery in Chicago, TJ was extremely helpful and professional. He located a transporter, helped to connect us with a creditor who provided a better rate than our local bank, he explained the process in detail. Above all TJ was very accessible for questions as they came up. In this day where customer service is no longer a focus or priority in many establishments, we were very pleased with the level of service that Bell Audi provided, and extremely impressed with TJ's ability to provide excellent customer service. Although this purchase was done via long distance, TJ made us feel as if we had walked through the doors of Bell Audi and that our business was very much appreciated. We can't thank him enough, all we can say is TJ made this transaction so comfortable and effortlessly that we would be foolish to do business elsewhere. Definitely looking forward to doing business with TJ in the future.
