My Review of Proctor Honda:
My husband and I bought a new Honda Accord on May 4th and received phenomenal service. I was a little hesitant buying a car in a town we were not familiar with since we are from Tampa and are used to the dealers there. But I was quite surprised at how nice everyone was especially our sales consultant, Terri. They came through with such exceptional service. We got the car we wanted and couldn't be happier. I will definitely buy another care from Proctor! Thanks again for making everything go so smoothly.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. Jeff Stanford was my first contact. He made me feel welcome and was very good in listening to what SUV I preferred. He introduced me to Terri Rutledge who immediately printed some material for me. Terri is very knowledgeable about the Pilot I chose. Her way of making you feel comfortable gives you a good confident feeling. Steve Glaze was available to help when the others were not there and also was friendly. Michael Hagan did a great job with all the paper work.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
This is the third new car we have bought from Proctor Honda, the second from Terri Rutledge. She makes it very easy to buy a new car -- she's extremely knowledgeable about the cars, she's very friendly and helpful, and there's no pressure of any kind. We thought the deal we made for our new Accord, including the trade-in of our Honda Civic, was very fair.

We also appreciate the service department at Proctor Honda -- they have gone out of their way to be helpful to us.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
Hesitantly I filled out the form to receive a quote from my local dealer while searching the web for cars meeting my criteria. I was shocked to see a response almost immediately since it was 10:30 PM on a Friday night. Long story short, we went to see Terri around noon the next day, and by 4 we were driving away in our new Odyssey. Price for the vehicle and was good, and the price for our trade was right in the line. Overall a great experience.

Everyone from the person who greeted me and offered me a drink was extremely courteous and kind! The atmosphere in the dealership is very pleasant without the "hard sell" that most dealerships emit. Every step of the transaction was pleasant and I was made to feel like the only person they were focused on even though the dealership was quite busy. What a wonderful experience!!!

My Review of Proctor Honda:
My past experiences with the Proctor dealership, including purchase, lease, and service maintainence, have all been positive. My previous automobile (Honda CRV) was leased through Proctor, and I was treated very well by Terri Rutledge, the salesperson that I returned to see as the end of my current lease was approaching. She was very informative and professional, giving me options on comparable vehicles. Once I saw the beautiful red Accord coupe, however, I was in love and unable to fight off my desire for this vehicle. Terri and the financing manager worked with me to put together a lease package that I could afford. Proctor is the greatest, and I plan to continue to use their service department for my Accord, as well as return at the end of my lease for further options.

We used USAA's Car Buying Service before going into the dealership, so we had an idea of what we would be paying for our new car. Throughout the entire buying experience, Terri Rutledge, our salesperson, was courteous, knowledgeable, cared about our personal experience, & made this sometimes onerous task fun & enjoyable! When we left, we felt we had made a new friend! What an asset to a car dealership!

We leased a 2008 Honda Accord and the sales person handling the transaction was Terri
Rutledge. We leased a 2011 Honda Accord this week and Terri again handled this transaction. In both transactions (2008 & 2011), everything went smoothly and expertly
handled by Terri Rutledge & the staff at Proctor Honda Dealer. This dealership makes you feel like they really care about your concerns, problems, etc. I would highly recommend Terri Rutledge and this dealership.
