I just bought a new car there so my experience does not yet cover their service department (thus the N/A above)... but the sales experience was hands-down the best I have ever had when buying a car. The sales guy (Terry Hogan) was very easy going and laid back - no sleazy tactics - no high pressure tactics... he just came across as a regular, honest guy. It was the first time I can say I enjoyed the car buying experience. I got the car for MSRP... without haggling. That's fairly incredible considering the car I bought and the fact that the MSRP is a very reasonable price for it. If the service department turns out to be as good as the sales department, I'll consider this the best car dealership I've ever encountered.

Our dealings with Seattle MINI have been very satisfying since their opening 2 years ago. We bought our first MINI in 2006 from NW MINI, our second from a private individual in 2007, and our latest (the Countryman) from Seattle MINI. We have had nothing but a good experience with the people at Seattle MINI. They continue to offer outstanding services and evolve to meet market demands. The personalized delivery service is a great! They also have been active and generous supporters of the local MINI club (www.psmini.org)

We started going to Seattle MINI for Service with our 2004 Mini we bought from another dealer. We were impressed with the attentive staff the moment we walked through the door. We have been offered a loaner MINI every time we bring our car in for service. When it came time to look for our 2nd MINI we knew there was no place we would rather purchase from than Seattle MINI. The buying experience alone has us looking to buy our 3rd MINI from them too. There was no pressure, just mounds of information and questions answered. While in the dealership, we felt as if we were their number one customers and they took every opportunity to make the experience quick and pleasant.

Friendly, competant dealer that cares. When a fellow Mini Club owner had a mechanical problem at the start of a ten day Club tour to Las Vegas in 2010, the dealer had his car repaired and back on the road that evening, even though it was a Saturday and the dealerships service department was closed. They have been eager to find out what our needs were, and fullfill them. If they had been in business when we ordered our Mini, we would have bought it from them.
