Terry Hough at Park Place Lexus Grapevine

Terry Hough was our salesman. Terry was INCREDIBLE!!! My wife and I cannot tell you how wonderful Terry was to work with. Terry made the process very easy and seamless. He made us feel extremely valued and special. Terry has been in the business for many years and it shows. He cared about every detail, and that meant so much to us. Terry took his time explaining and showing us everything in the car, never rushing through it. We will never go to another dealership but Park Place in Grapevine, and Terry will always be our salesman. I don't believe you can find a better salesman or dearlership in Dallas. The finance department was amazing as well.

I just rolled out of an existing lease of a GX 460 and was planning on closing out the lease and buying the vehicle. The existing had about 60K miles on it but was in really good shape. Park Place put a new lease deal on the table for a 2013 GX that was very good. I took them up on it. The transaction was completely transparent and they did everything they said they'd do and more. Terry Hough was a delight and a real pro to deal with. Even though the original deal was to lease a vehicle out of their existing stock, when they couldn't find one that quite matched my specs, they searched, found one in Houston and had it transported for no added cost.

I have been a Park Place customer for over 5 years and they are a great dealership. Service department is as good as sales.

My experience was excellent. Terry was great and it was definately a no hassle buying

OMG! Park Place is the most awesome dealership. When I called Terry Hough to tell him I was interested in a 2013 ES350, he went to work on it immediately! When I arrived to talk to him about it, he had already done all the paperwork, including running my credit report to having the financing already completed and approved. I have never had such "customer service" as I have had at Park Place. I WILL NEVER buy a car from another dealership (unless Terry Hough moves...then I will have to follow him... I love him!). Oh and by the way, the Lexus is a great car, too. And your service department...superb!! Please don't ever change!

My original purchase experience of my used lx430 was a very positive expierence. Terry Hough was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend that any prospective purchaser talk to him. I am now having a major service done on the car and the service department has been very communicative, courteous, and willing to "work with me".

My experience at Park Place was outstanding as usual. The Park Place family does everything possible to ensure that when you need (or want) a new car you really don't think about going anywhere else. Everyone from the receptionist to the managers are professional, friendly and helpful. They truly make you feel like they want your business and want your experience to be special. For me, buying a car anywhere but Park Place is pretty much out of the question.

I am extremely pleased with the service department;therefore, I wanted to purchase my car from your dealorship. Rod Moreno was my first Service Rep. that I bonded with and he has always been awesome. I certainly understand why he was promoted! Terry Hough was wonderful to work with in the buying of my new car. I appreciated that he gave me a good deal up front and I didn't have to negotiate. He was also fair about my trade-in. He was courteous and professional and I have already recommended him to a policyholder of mine that might be interested in a car. My husband has always had his Lexus serviced at Sewell in Fort Worth and he also purchased a car from Terry. He is willing to have Park Place Service his vehicle even though from Arlington it is easier to go to Sewell, but Terry shared with me that your dealorship will pick up and deliver for servicing, so I feel confident that Park Place will continue with servicing his vehicle as well. Hats off to Park Place for running a top notch organization!

Overall experience was great. Terry Hough, my sales person, made the process extremely simple. Once the car was chosen (used the website to narrow selection, a website I would recommend anybody looking to help with search), the purchase process through signing the paperwork was quick and efficient. Shortest time spent at a dealership I've ever experienced in a dealership buying a car. I would highly recommend you see Terry if you're in the market for a vehicle - Park Place Grapevine exceeded expectations in every way...from the facility to the employees, I will return the next time we need another vehicle.
