My name is Karen - I recently purchased an EX AWD Infiniti in December. Terry was my sales person. This is the second infiniti I've purchased and I have been very pleased with their professionalism. As a customer my satisfaction was the most important concern that I perceived was important. At Infiniti of Denver, Terry made sure that the paperwork was taken care of before I arrived. There was no let's make a deal under the table. It was the way a business should operate with the customer leaving happy and satisfied. Their follow up is superb. I am very pleased with the service and treatment I received. My time is valuable and I appreciated that I didn't have to waste it waiting and listening to trivial conversation that did not pertain to me buying a car.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
Long story short, this is my third purchase - that should say it all.

If you are buying an Infiniti or a used vehicle in the Denver metro area, this dealer should be on your short list. I drive 600 miles from Jackson Hole WY to this dealer, when I could cut the drive in half for another Infiniti Dealership.

The sales and finance staff absolutely go out of their way and do whatever it takes to meet your needs, and I have found them to be TOTALLY transparent. The door is open to the owner/principal, the sales staff are super fast in returning calls & emails; I just have absolutely not one "wish" that would improve my experience.

When I am considering an auto purchase for myself, or assisting my adult children with one, my first choice would be Infiniti of Denver, and the folks I have dealt with there. You simply cannot go wrong.

Great people to work with. No bull. Straight shooters. Great Price and Service. Took extra time to make sure everything went well. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. We looked at other dealers (same car brand) and the buying experience wasn't even close. We drove out of our way to go to Infiniti of Denver and we would do so again. Did I mention that my wife loves her new EX?

I had a great experience with Infiniti of Denver purchasing my 2011 G37x. I was in and out with my new car very quickly. My trade was reviewed and assigned a fair value. Upon purchase, I was told which packages were good values and which were not. Since my purchase, I've been contacted several times by the dealership to ensure my satisfaction. I truly intend to refer my family and friends to Terry and Infiniti of Denver.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
I was looking for an Infiniti coupe G37x online for a specific price. I had filled out a questionare just to be able to see a couple of the ads from this dealership. I got a message from Terry within a day. He just said to let him know what I wanted. I am very hard to get in touch with, so he had to leave messages for me. He was very polite and courteous and had a lot of patience. I left him a message after several days and listed what I was looking for in my coupe for a specific price. I figured there was no way I could get want I wanted. Then he left me yet another message to tell me that he had want I wanted!

Terry never quit. I am so glad because I now have just what I want! It was extremely easy to deal with Terry and with Jon. They are both really good at what they do. My situation was very odd for them I am sure, yet they were very patient and understanding. I am still amazed at how smooth the transaction was completed.

I will definately come looking for Terry when I purchase another car!

Terry was very professional, polite and friendly --- The price was competitive (compared to national price charts) and the service in Denver was excellent. The attitude and appearance of the staff @ the dealership was first class; the ride from the airport was much appreciated --- a very good experience for sure!

I would consider hiring Terry and/or Pierce for my sales team at my company.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
Pierce and Terry were terrific to deal with. They were responsive but not pushy. I got the deal that I was looking for with an absolute minimum of brain damage. Negotiations took very litle time. I spent in total less than an hour in negotiating the deal and signing the paperwork. This is the second FX 35 that I have leased from Infiniti of Denver and I highly recommend the dealership.
