I had already planned to buy a Sonata Hybrid. Terry McCoy was great...He answered all my questions, and didn't exude any of the usual "sales pitch pressure" one might expect. Best of all, I got the price I wanted.

The Salesperson we dealt with, Terry McCoy, was very easy to woork with and very helpful. Sport Durst was competing with 10 other Hyundai dealerships for my business and offered the best price. When we came in to pick up the car, purchase was quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership based on my experience May 2012.

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Didn't think I was going to be able to get a 2013 Hyundai Elantra at the price i was looking for. I wanted to fully loaded one but the price difference was ridiculous. But overrall everything was great and I would recommend people to go there

My Review of Sport Durst Millennium Mazda Hyundai:
I was already interested in this dealership because of the very funny commercial that definitely gets your attention. I already had in mind 2 used vehicles that I wanted to take a look at and I had 2 vehicles for trade. I was very fortunate to be introduced to Terry and he spent several hours with me (including well after the listed closing hours of the dealership) as well as a very nice lady that processed my paperwork (I'm sorry but I don't remember her name). I never felt pressured and am very pleased with the deals I received for both of my trade ins and the two vehicles I purchased. Terry worked very hard to get me what I wanted and I was able to drive away with both vehicles that day. I have also received several phones calls from this dealership from different employees making sure all went well, to check on scheduling appointments for the vehicles and to honor what was agreed upon when I purchased the vehicles. Keep in mind, I just purchased both of these vehicles 3 days ago and I feel like I have received better customer service and/or follow up service than I have ever received when I purchased vehicles previously. I have already referred this dealership (and Terry) to several friends/co-workers that are interested in purchasing a vehicle. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new and/or used vehicle.

My Review of Sport Durst Millennium Mazda Hyundai:
My 2008 Honda Accord EX-L was stolen and I thought of getting another Honda. I changed my mind as Consumer Reports ranked Hyundai Sonata as a better car than Honda Accord. When I visited Sport Durst Hyundai, I had the good fortune of working with Terry McCoy, Sales Consultant. Terry has a laid back attitude and put in front of me all the models with various options. I never felt pressured and Terry was quick to follow up with answers to any questions I had. He was direct and stood by his word. Ken Massenberg was fantastic and super fast with financing papers. Phillip Levy took all the time necessary to explain all the functions in the car. I found the whole experience very pleasant. I would recommend Terry to anybody looking for a new car. I think that Sport Durst Hyundai is up to something. If they keep this attitude, it would become the best loved dealership in the triangle. I hope that the service department is good too.

My Review of Sport Durst Millennium Mazda Hyundai:
My husband and I visited Sports Durst Hyundai to test drive a 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS and met Terry McCoy. Mr. McCoy greeted us in a polite manner and answered our general questions about the 2012 Sonata GLS. In the past when looking for a new vehicle, we have always been met with very pushy sales people interested in one thing, selling the car to us that day and failing to listen to our questions. Our experience with Mr. McCoy and other sales folks on the floor at Sport Durst was completely opposite. We kept waiting for the "pushy" sales approach, but to our great surprise, that never came. Even though the dealership did not have a 2012 Sonalta GLS for us to drive, we drove a 2011, which we still loved and decided to leave a deposit and have Sport Durst find our Radiant Silver 2012 Sonata GLS. This took very little time and in just a few short days and some paperwork later we are driving away in our new car. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best), I rate our sales experience, finance experience and so far service experience all perfect 10. I wish to especially thank Terry, James and Ken for their interest in a medical condition my son has and for special requests we had for the vechicle to aid with his condition.

Had a quick and easy buying experience. However, I would recommend that Sales provides complete information, so as not to come across as deceitful. My car was not in stock, so it had to come from another location, 100 miles away...instead of putting it on a delivery trailer, it was driven to the dealership. Which meant my car didn't feel "new" with over 120 miles on it...and I don't know how many potholes it endured on the drive over...ugh!

My Review of Sport Durst Millennium Mazda Hyundai:
I worked with all five of these gentlemen (James Juarez, Michael Silberman, Terry McCoy, Dallas Juarez and Ken Massenburg) as they helped me with the purchase of a 2011 Equus - I have not had a more pleasant experience in purchasing an automobile. All five of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, extremely friendly and eager to help me make the selection that I wanted without being the least bit pushy. Ken Massenburg was great with all the financial paperwork. I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle and truly felt that each of these gentlemen believed that their word was their bond. At the end of the day, I felt that I had made five new friends rather than meeting four salesmen and a financial manager who I would soon forget. They all made me feel that our relationship was only beginning with the purchase of my new car rather than a relationship that was over when I drove out of the dealership. Not only do I highly recommend them and their vehicles but I also wish that I could give them a rating higher than a five as they all deserve a ten PLUS.

My Review of Sport Durst Millennium Mazda Hyundai:
I recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Terry McCoy at Sport Durst in Durham, NC. Terry was patient while we explored different package options and didn't try to push options that we didn't need or want. Terry worked with us over several days and followed up when and in the manner promised and was not overbearing in doing so. Terry is a refreshing alternative to what I have come to expect from a car-buying experience. I highly recommend Terry if you're in the market for a car.
