My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Terry goes the extra length to make sure updates are provided timely on vehicle services being done. I've had a couple times where my car was at the dealership for more than a week and Terry has always been on the ball for me, keeping me informed on when I can get the car back and what is absolutely necessary to fix versus recommended versus "when you get to it" items.

I'll always come back to Terry.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I was here in service with Terry Naranch for my wife car. I was greeted by Willie Brown and was just looking at the new 2011 Dodge Chargers. I was very impress with his knowledge of his product and presention. He wasn't pushy as sale people can be, as we all know. He was nice enough to take the time to show me the car as well as test drive. Which is the best thing about it? Many people in customer service don't take the time or know their product to ensure a customer who is just looking into a buyer. I will be buying my car from him and only him. GREAT JOB LAKE NORMAN....TRULY WORLD CLASS SERVICE..THANK YOU TERRY AND WILLIE

My AC recently went out in my Escape. I was close to Lake Norman Chrysler so I thought I would have them take a look at it and see what they could do. They were really great. They were able to fix my car and the price was great to. An AC isn't cheap but I called the Ford dealership close to my home to price it and Lake Norman was cheaper. They even had a loner car for me so that I didn't have to stay at the dealership all day. I have been back to get my car serviced (oil change) and will continue to do so!

Terry and Josh went beyond the call of duty in servicing my Jeep.
It seems with these two employees covering the service end your service has nothing but improved.
They were honest, true to their word and very helpful and thoughtful. Not traits generally equated with dealer repair staff.
Give them both raises!

Went in for oil change and to get tires checked. Lake Norman Chrysler's service dept was friendly and very helpful. They even helped me out on the pricing without me asking. The wireless internet access allowed me to get my work done while I waited.

I had very good service but I have to go back. They put in a Trans and a clock but the clock still does not work right.Troy Marino of corporate lied to me. He said they would reimburse me for a car rental while my care was being fixed. I never received it. Ref#19268137
