When i arrived i was greated by a sale rep i told him that i recived a call from terry wyatt everyone was very friendly. jason sproull,terry wyatt worked with me until they got me the best rate possible. to sum it up i drove about one hour to get to hardy chevrolet i would recommend anyone that is thinking about buying a new car to go to hardy chevorlet in dallas GA i will go back when i buy another car i found a car dealer that i can deal with also i will not buy from another dealership

We had a great experience with Charles Hardy Chevrolet. We got out of our vehicle and was approached promptly by Mr. Wyatt, we told him what we were looking for and he showed us several models until we found the one we wanted. The fill out and processing of the application was quick and courteous.

My experience with Hardy Chevrolet Service over a number of years has demonstrated your desire for honesty and a straight-forward approach to taking care of my needs. When I was forced by other circumstances to purchase a vehicle, I felt that I could not in good conscience go elsewhere. The team of employees in Service and the Collision Center earned that for your dealership.

In talking with Rick Davis and Terry Wyatt, I found the same patience in dealing with my apprehensions at taking on this level of financial responsibility, and in choosing the correct vehicle to fit my long-term needs. Over a period of almost two weks, both gentlemen spent hours with me (and on the day I made the purchase, almost six hours) answering my many questions patiently and completely.

During that period of time, I met and talked with several of your employees that I had not previously met. All of them - including Mr. Charles Hardy - made me feel welcome and that they were there to serve my needs, not just to sell me a vehicle.

Hardy Chevrolet deserves the top ratings in each of the categories above because of its employees' desire to help the customer obtain what he needs, not what they want to sell. I have been very pleased to meet and work with everyone I have met at Hardy's, and I have felt more like a friend than a customer because of the years of fine service you have given me.

this has been my first experience buying a new car. Needless to say, I was a wreck! We had stopped by the night before and looked at cars right before the dealership closed. Jason talked to us for a few minutes, which convinced us to come back the next day. When we arrived the next day, we met with Terty. He was great! Extremely helpful and very personable. Made my husband and i feel right at ease. needless to say i had a lot of questions-he was very patient. We met with Jason again to sign the paperwork. He was great as well. I would highly recommend both of them. The dralership came highly recommended-my dad has used them for years. Thanks again for making my first new car buy a great experience!

I came to the dealership to test drive one of two makes of vehicle I was interested in. Terry took the time to allow me drive 3 different cars on the lot. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Jason made the financing experience very pleasant and seemed to go out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible.
