My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
My family does a fair amount of driving in town. As we were both in larger SUVs, the cost of gas was just too much. Therefore, we did a lot of research on the cars that were more economical in regard to gas. However, with 2 small children, we really wanted safety too. Prius V was our first choice, safety, space and good mileage. However, the Prius soon won over with safety, cost, and the additional in-town mileage. We contacted a website for a quote, and this is where Trevor came into our lives. As we live in Janesville, we did pursued a deal through our local dealer. However, Trevor came through with an even better deal, allowing us to upgrade to a Prius III even at a lesser cost that what we were quoted here in town for a Prius II. Trevor was so honest, kind, had full knowledge in the vehicle we were looking at. As he is a very driven man, it paid off in the end for our family. I would recommend his services to anyone.

My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
This was are first time ever to this dealership and third time buying a car from a dealership. It was by far a great experience and happy to have choosen this place. Our previous dealership was at Zimbrick and it was not as warming or great customer satisfaction as Jon Lancaster Toyota.
The people here greeted us and made it welcoming. Trevor our "guide", I say was a huge success to have him helped pick the car we wanted. He pretty much told us and asked us everything we needed or wanted in an economy car with gas saving and still have that cool sporty look with it. We came in the first day unsure if we would even find the car or think of getting a car here but in the end it was great because we ended up deciding and finding the car that really fit both me and my girlfriends choices.
You know when you find a car you would think the easy part is over and the hard part begins with all those paper signing. Here, it was like no sweat with the help of Trevor working this out and Matt a very great help in finding us a provider and meeting our satisfaction which they did very well indeed. Again I just want to thank Trevor and Matt for helping us find our brand new car. I highly recommed anyone and everyone to shop for car there cause I know i'll be back for another and have already suggested my brother to speak to Trevor before going anywhere else.

They even contacted me via phone to see how I was liking my vehicle it wasn't just some automated email. It was very nice being helped in such a great way for my first new vehicle purchased

My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
I originally started dealing with Jon Lancaster Toyota almost a month ago. From the get go we dealt with Trevor. We were in Hawaii at the time, stationed there, and dealing with a four hour time difference. I let him know we were military PCS-ing to the area and in search of a Toyota Venza... I had very specific requests on which one I wanted as well, from options to colors. They beat any other prices I could find within a two hour radius of where we were moving, greater Chicagoland included, by far. Not only that, they held the exact car I wanted for THREE WEEKS for me, without a deposit, until we got into the area. We drove up today and finalized the deal and picked up our Venza. Not only was our Venza exactly as promised, so was the price, and they were actually able to beat our personal banks rate by .29%, which no dealership has ever been able to do for us before. I really can't say enough positive things about the dealership, I've never encountered one with such great people to deal with and so much integrity. Trevor and the finance manager, John, were awesome. We love our car, we love the price we got it for, we LOVE our rate, and we're blown away by the customer service we were shown... from half a world away, until we got here to pick it up. It's really nice, esp when your military and have so much going on with such a huge move, to find a place that will genuinely work with you and get you what you want.

Trevor was so friendly everytime we came into the dealership, and was very patient with all the questions we had and helped us to find the right car for us, we love our new Camry and will tell everyone about your great service and that if they need a new or used car see Trevor. Trevor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Prius V. He answered all my questions and even showed me things that I didn't know about this car even though I thought I had studied it enough to know. Trevor was a good teacher when I picked up my new Prius V and I felt very comfortable driving away in the night. Trevor will be a terrific salesmen because he likes people.

Trevor was very helpful, especially after I got the car. I stopped once when I couldn't find where some function was and he sat in the car and went over a lot of things with me. After I went to the new car orientation, he sat in the car with me again and patiently explained more of the workings to me. When my son was with me to buy the car, Trevor had answers to all of his questions, so Rob was satisfied that I was getting the best deal possible.
