My Review of Braman Motorcars Audi:
Osner Jeanlouis was a very knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional sales rep to deal with from the start. I had a million and one questions, on a daily basis, and was quite annoying, I'm sure! :) Osner dealt with me with unbelievable patience and always delivered the info I needed to make an informed decision in a timely fashion and in a friendly manner. When it was time to negotiate, it was clear that both Osner Jeanlouis and Theo Ribatto have their customers satisfaction at the top of their priority list. They offered me a deal that I felt comfortable with, all the while paying attention to my highly personalized "wish list" and overall happiness. I will always be a loyal Braman fan, and will request Osner each time!

My Review of Braman Motorcars Audi:
Our Audi Sales Team, led by Martin Newmann was professional, patient, collabrative, fun and confident in their product. I had been restructuring our "car park" over the last six months from 4 autos; MB E350 2006, Jeep Grand Cherokee 2006, Prius 2009 and a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S down to two vehicles.

I had recently unloaded the MB 2006 and Jeep 2006 and purchased a new MB 2011 E 350.

My wife was keen on divesting the Porsche and Prius as seed capital towards her new 2011 auto. Mia uniquely shopped around for the first time in her life and really drove the MB 350 SUV, the MB R class, the Lexus 450 SUV and the Audi Q5.

I also test drove my wife's short list alone which is where I met Martin Newmann and he captured that I was primarily interested in the "cash out aspect" on the the divestment of the Porsche and Prius and secondarily, vigilent as to Mia's final selection. Martin got me to test drive the Q5 and I returned the following day with my wife.

The cash out issue was resolved to my expectations and the Audi Team, again, with Martin suffering the lead role, concentrated on wrestling Mia into her Q5. 2011 or 2012, 2.0 liter or 3.2, cinnamon, pearle white or brilliant black? 18 " or 19 " wheels? B&O radio package or standard? You can get the drift on my patient and professional demeanor comment.

The case/sale was happily closed to everyone's joyous satisfaction. Mia drove off in her new Q5 in time to pick up our Grandson before the squeezed 6 pm summer camp deadline.

Our Grandson, AJ did exclaim, "Mia has a new Bestia Negra" to his Grandmother. The "Black Beast" in Spanish.

So, one of the most complicated automotive transactions of my life, exacerbated by the sale of my beloved Porsche, turned out to be an enoyable experience thanks to the Audi Gang that jumped us led by Martin.
