My Review of Automax Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
At first my expierence with the dealer did not go the way I would have wished for it to. After contacting and recieving personal help with my issues I was having on my Nitro, they were very friendly and reached out a helping hand my way to resolve any of the issues I was having. Right now my Nitro is being worked on and Thomas has been a great rep to come and get my car for me and bring me a loaner until my car is complete. Everyone has been very helpful on trying to resolve any issues I had with specific departments that I no longer have problems with now. I would recommend this dealership and that if there is any issues just ask questions and contact people to get anything you have a problem with resolved. They are very polite in doing so. As a sales rep. I know how critical it is to make sure every customer is satisfied. I can now say I am satisfied and happy with the service I am now getting.

We purchased our second vehicle within 3 months from Automax Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Shawnee. Our first was a Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited and the second a Dodge Caliber. Thomas worded with us on both vehicles. We found him to be friendly and extremely helpful. Financing was great. I would highly recommend Automax Dodge Chryser Jeep in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

I had a really good experience buying a pickup from Automax and was very happy with the price too. I knew exactly what I wanted and Thomas Billings tracked it down and made it happen for what I wanted to pay. They were easy to deal with from the time I contacted them, through finding what I was looking for and getting it for me, all the way through finance (first time I ever bought a vehicle from a dealer who didn't try to add "fees" to the out the door price we agreed on). I'd recommend them to anyone and they were worth the drive from OKC.

Automax in Shawnee are easy and great do deal with as well as Awesome people that dont bs like the other dealers will do. Definitely recommend.
The deal was a fast deal and they beat the other dealers offer on what I was trading in and worked with me and got to a number I was happy with on the new truck Purchase.
They are definitely going to be my first choice for my next purchase.

I have had them service three of my Dodge vehciles and the service department is the best in Shawnee. Its what keeps me coming back to try and make all my vehicles a Dodge or Chrysler.

Exceptional! This was my first new car buying experience. I am located out of town but Thomas Billings was able to work with me over the phone to get the car I wanted at an amazing price! Icing on the cake was that he was willing/and drove the car out to my place after I got off work. We finish the paperwork, and he took my trade in back to the dealership. Thomas went above and beyond the typical car buying transaction. I always hear about how horrible buying a car can be, but the team at AutoMax truly sets itself apart from the rest. Thanks again for everything guys!
