Outstanding service from the first contact on the internet, the salesman, to closing with Mike at finance. Price was exceptional and it was well worth the 150 mile drive to take ownership of the vehicle. I've owned five honda vehicles and number six was by far the best Honda buying experience of all. I'd definately recommend Proctor Honda to my friends, and I'll be back.

I traded a 10 year old Odyssey so I have had experience with Proctor.When it was time to trade I knew I wanted another Honda,but which one.I was introduced to Obie and he test drove with me in several models,and did an excellent job answering my questions.I bought a Cross Tour which is a bit complicated, but Obie has been a patient and knowledgeable teacher.The car was impecable when delivered and the paperwork was only as tedious as necessary.

My research for a new vehicle was exhaustive. My short list included the Honda Pilot. Of the many sales personnel with whom I dealt from the various dealerships, Obie was my favorite. He was very responsive to my many inquiries, whether I e-mailed, called or visited the dealership in person. He is impressively knowledgeable about the product he is selling. I like his style, laid back and professional. Everyone at Proctor Honda has been courteous and accommodating and very friendly. I did purchase a Honda Pilot and I am very pleased with every aspect of the experience.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
My wife and I traveled form Panama City to purchase a 2002 Honda CRV. Soon after we arrived we were told someone had put a down payment on the vehicle we wanted. Thomas Oberman told us he would look for another 2002 CRV for us. In a very short time he found the exact car we wanted,color exterior and interior and with fewer miles than the original vehicle we were looking at. After it was serviced and detailed the car looks and runs like a new car.

Obie was awesome!

When I arrived at Proctor, I had just totaled my car the day before, was shaken, exhausted, and miserable at the thought of such a big investment. I hardly looked like a happy, excited customer when I walked in, but Obie quickly turned my experience around. Not only did he make me feel comfortable facing another purchase, he went out of his way to help me tie-up loose ends with my wrecked car, my rental, and my down-payment.

I would tell anyone who asked - and probably quite a few who didn't ask - that my Honda salesman was one of the nicest people I've met.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
Living in Tallahassee, I am used to the rumors and myths that you have to go to Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando or Jacksonville to find a good deal on a car - new or used. When my wife and I decided that our growing family needed to step up to a minivan, we found an amazing deal on a 2008 Odyssey & Proctor. When I showed up I was greeted with smiles and warm handshakes from Jeff and Obie. At no point did I get the smarmy car dealership feeling that used car salesmen are unfairly saddled with.

They worked with me on price and Jeff gave me an excellent price for my trade-in. When I realized that I didn't have an updated insurance card on me, Obie found the telephone number for my carrier and let me use his phone to get a copy of the new card faxed over - then when that happened, he was able to view the fax on his cell phone which saved lots of time.

All in all, Obie and Jeff proved that the Proctor name in Tallahassee still stands for excellence. You don't stay in business for 100+ years by hiring jerks.

A+ all around.

I had contacted Obie a few times via phone email and he was very friendly and responsive. I then walked into the dealership on a Saturday, told him exactly what I was looking for, and drove my new car off the lot the following Tuesday. Obie was great and the experience was painless. I would highly recommend working with this dealership if you are in the market for a great new car.
