Tiffany Fowler at Duke Automotive

I had my Chevy Colorado detailed on Wed and the person who did it jammed the front passenger seat all the way forward. I went to Dukes to find out what it would take and how much it would cost to fix it. Tiffany went out to look at it and she said let me get the shop foreman to check it out. Bill Lessen checked it out, told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. He then told Tiffany to do up the paperwork and he would work it in. 1 hr later I left a very happy customer. :) I've been dealing with Duke for 8 yrs and have always left a happy customer. Thank You Duke.

I came in for a State Inspection. I made appointment on line. They were ready for me at 7:30 AM. I also had a question about a function on my DTS they they took care of my issue. Mrs. Duke the owner came in the waiting room to say hi to the customers and thank us for our business. How many times does that happen anywhere else. I live in Virginia Beach and Duke is worth the drive for sales and Service. I highly recommend them.

I have used Duke for over 10 years and have been completely satisifed. I am moving out of the area and will miss the frendliness. They have gone out of their way to make things right. One time we were going to Texas on vacation and the air condition repair would not be completed in time for us to leave. They made sure we had a vehicle for the trip while they continued to repair our car. It was ready when we returned. The service provided by Scott Higbie and his repair team is second to none and they meet expectations every time. My wife and I will truely miss the service provided by Duke.

The staff was very polite, freindly and easy to deal with. A telephone call was made to me to let me know my car was ready--as I had left it there. They have a courtesy vehicle which takes you to work and will pick you up and return you to the dealership to retrieve your vehicle--NICE!!

You will love the service team at Duke. They are very honest, and provide excellent service. They are efficient, and their prices are very fair. I am very satisfied with all the members of the service team. They make getting your car repaired easy! Forget all your have heard about car dealer service departments, and give them a try. I am sure you will be very glad you did. They are truly the best!

I use Duke for all my Automotive needs. Sales: They are fantastic not pushy... answer all questions, allows test dirves as many as long as needed to be comfortable with the vehicle. Order a car that I want when they don't have it on the lot, OVER THE PHONE! Service department always gets me in when I need it, Returned to me when promissed.

They are always courteous and friendly each time I bring one of my vehicles. They always complete the work on time for a great price. I am very satisfied with the service I recieve from the dealership. I brought my vehicle in Virginia Beach, but I go to this dealership in Suffolk because of the service.

Appointment accepted as scheduled, ALL employees very friendly and helpful, and service completed well within expected time. Also waiting area very clean and very well stocked with everything one would hope for to help the waiting period. Also very good idea to promote a Toy drive for Christmas which made it easy for drop off and surely will make a difference for some children on Chritmas morning. GREAT and Merry Christmas to the entire Staff.
