Force you into paying for a paint protection that you’ve never even witnessed to and on top of that they claim it to be optional, but isn’t at all. The finance person is extremely pushy and I had to reject more than five times for the extended warranty. He even went to the extent of using scare tactics to guilt me into purchasing the warranty. I’d highly recommend not to purchase from Bill Kay. Terrible experience and is the sole reason I hate shopping for cars at dealerships. More

No pressure selling. While I was told to talk with Tim he dished me off to a very nice lady. Showed me 3 cars. Took longer to get the paperwork done.
