Tim Connelly at Seeger Toyota Scion

I took my RAV4 in for a recall inspection and to have the broken window seals looked at. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was a nice place to sit and wait, since it was comfortable and allowed me to work using the available wi-fi Internet connection. Window seals will be ordered for a later date installation.

Last weekend our daughter was driving home from college in her 2002 corolla when the "check engine" light went on. She got home and early the next morning, Friday, I called Toyota and spoke with Tim Connelly. Friday was a busy day at the service dept., but Tim invited me to bring the car in, and said he would fit us in. Within 2 hours or less, he called me and explained exactly what the problem was. He also discussed with me the most economical way to repair it. Our daughter had a safe, well-running car to drive back to college on Sunday. Tim took good care of us.

I used a service coupon for a timing belt which was helpful. Tim was very friendly and took the time to explain things to me. I very much appreciated that the water pump was not just replaced at the same time as the timing belt adding to my total cost. Instead, it was inspected and found to be okay. Things like that help me feel like I'm not just being squeezed for money like happens at so many other places. Also, there was no pressure to have anything else done besides what I wanted. I live close to Toyota West County but have come to distrust them because they are pushy and try to squeeze me for money. As long as you guys keep up the good work I will continue to go to you with both my Toyotas and I will spread the word. Thanks a lot!

As usual, I was promptly greeted and checked in. Service personnel are courteous and professional, and the waiting area is well stocked with refreshments. Also, I was once again offered a courtesy car to use while they went about a time-consuming service complaint on my car. Problem was completely solved at a reasonable price.

Tim Connelly greeted me before I was even through the door. He a actually got up to help me with some bags I was carrying. We sat down and had a great conversation.... Fun conversation that helped me relax. Car dealers tend to make me nervous. I had several concerns so Tim took me out to the car to make sure he understood the exact complaint. Back at his desk he made detailed and spun his computer so I could review before he printed. Then he called a mechanic, introduced us and recapped my concernes. It was Saturday he was busy but I felt like the only customer at Seeger. My car was in the shop about an hour then he came and got me. If he had not taken the time and detail I feel it woul have been a longer wait with bad results. Every thing was EXCELLENT. Tim's attention to me and details has made me a Seeger customer, hands down. Thank you Tim, see you next time.

I loved the oil change experience as part of the Toyota Care program, especially the free car wash. The people were friendly, the wait time was short, and the waiting room is the best around. The only thing that would make this better is a vacuum of the interior. (Even Wal-Mart and Valvoline do this for oil changes!)

As always, Seeger Toyota treated my like family. When I called for my service appointment, Tim Connelly immediately found an appointment time that worked for my schedule. He made sure I had absolutely no questions and verified my appointment before the end of the phone call. The service was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Tim Connelly also made it a point to go over the service completed as well as the inspection sheet as to answer any questions I may have had.
