My Review of Paramount Kia of Asheville:
I went to Paramount Kia after having a bad experience at another local dealer. Tim was the first person to greet me upon my arrival and he could tell I was not a happy camper. Right out of the gate he did everything he could to make my car buying experience pleasant, no hassle and even fun! Tim was knowledgeable, understanding and patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of my Kia purchase. He took the time to go over all the features of the car to make sure I knew how everything worked and even paired my cell phone with Bluetooth before I left the dealership. If I could have chosen a perfect salesman it would have been Tim!

My Review of Paramount Kia of Asheville:
One reason I returned to Parmount Kia was because I purchased a KIA Sedona in 2005.
The car is still running strong. I have had great customer service with the different departments I have dealt with through the years. They have been very attentive to any matter that I have brought to their attention and it has been dealt with efficiently and promptly. This is one of the reasons I came back to KIA for purchase of my second Sedona this past month. Not only did I have a great buying experience, but I got more car than I bargained for and the same friendly customer service I experienced 7 years ago. (By the way, I could not give up my 2005 Sedona. I still have it too!) I have a friend that is now looking at a Kia Soul and I am sure he will purchase it within the next few days. Again, hats off to a wonderful
dealership!

Although my purchase was last spring, I have just been directed to this site, so I thought I would write a belated review. After some extremely negative experiences in the Alabama Kia Market, I started researching purchasing an Optima out of state. Due to the execellent customer service and helpfulness of Tim Cousins, I purchased a car online ad drove all the way to North Carolina to pick it up, sight unseen! It was a pleasure to do business with paramount; everything was as they said it wopuld be. For the first time in my life, I didn't have that "ripped off feeling" that you so often get when walking of a dealership. I know that when I by my next car, even though there are now a lot more Optimas at my local dealers, I will return tp Asheville Parmount to make my purchase.

I have purchased many vehicles through the years and I have never had a better experience with a sales person than I did with Tim Cousins. I first started my relationship with Tim about 1 1/2 years ago on a test drive at Paramount Kia in Asheville. Although I didn't buy that vehicle I did leave knowing that if and when I did buy a vehicle there it would be from Tim. I'm in sales myself and know there a different ways and techniques used to sell. Tim allows you the room to sell yourself and works hard to make the numbers work on both sides of the deal. Others could learn from him. Thanks again.

The good people at Paramount Kia were all so great to work with.We had forgotten about Kia's buy back program after we purchased our 2011 Sedona LX. The people at Paramount Kia in Asheville,NC,sent emails and called to remind us that the deal was for real.
My wife went to Paramount Kia and found a new 2012 Sedona EX.I stayed home and did my part online. Chris Hughes and Ray Ballard put us in a new Sedona with more extra equiptment for a lower intrest rate and lower monthly payments.The people at Paramount Kia went the extra mile to seal the deal for us.That's why they are number one in my opinion.

I found the customer service at this dealership to be excellent. Me and my children were shown respect and concern for the children's comfort was made as well. Simple things like the TV area for the kids to hang out at were nice. I made two consecutive trips there, the second time with only my youngest child and Tim was so patient and attentive to her that I was able to focus on the business transaction without worrying for her safety or hapiness. I found this dealership to be honest, fair, and family oriented. I would refer friends and family there based on my positive experience. Thank you for helping me get the exact car that I was looking for!

My wife and I have recently purchased a 2011 KIA Sportage from Paramount Kia of Asheville at Ridgefield Boulevard. Our sales person, Tim Cousins, was friendly,
informative and professional during our experience. Each time we have been to the dealership, we have been treated with respect and warmly welcomed by all. To this point (about three weeks), we are well pleased with the vehicle. I have several follow up calls and email correspondence from Mr. Cousins and others from the dealership.
